本实用新型公开了一种抗紫外线型架空绝缘电缆,包括有合金导体,合金导体外采用绝缘材料挤塑形成有绝缘层,绝缘层外设有紫外线反射层。本实用新型在导体外采用防紫外线改性聚乙烯树脂为原料,加入防紫外线剂、稳定剂、光吸收剂、防霉剂等各种助剂经混炼、挤出造粒而制成的绝缘材料挤塑成型绝缘层,不会对环境产生有毒有害物质,具有优良的抗紫外线性能,且抗开裂性能优良、收缩性小,有高度的安全性和可靠性,绝缘层外设有紫外线反射层,是一种很薄的涂层,电缆的重量增加低,配合绝缘层的材料选择,极大地提高了电缆对紫外线的反射。

背景技术
众多周知,在昼夜温差大的沙漠、高原辐射强的地区,晴天无云时,紫外线指数高达15,在如此高的紫外线指数下,普通架空绝缘电缆的绝缘层会很快的吸收紫外线,造成绝缘高分子的断裂,导致绝缘开裂,缩短了电缆的使用寿命,且分解的高分子材料会释放出有毒气体,不能满足环保要求。并且在绝缘材料的制造过程中,大量使用增塑剂无疑会造成电缆的抗紫外性能降低,也会减小电缆的使用寿命。 
随着臭氧层的不断被破坏,紫外线指数也会越来越大,这就对架空绝缘电缆的抗紫外线性能提出了更高的要求。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种抗紫外线型架空绝缘电缆,结构设计新颖,使得电缆具有优良的抗紫外线性能、抗开裂性能、较小的收缩性。
