Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种调光膜的导电圆钉。所述调光膜的导电圆钉,由螺帽、螺杆组成,其特殊之处在于:螺杆从上往下依次由导电段、绝缘段、针尖组成。该发明可以使用户任意裁剪调光膜的大小,可安装在调光膜的任意位置,安装工艺简便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及调光膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种调光膜的导电圆钉。 
背景技术
调光膜是在两片柔性的导电膜之间注入液晶/聚合物混合材料,其结构如图1所示:11、15为透明柔性基材层,12、14为透明电极层,13为混合聚合物液晶层。透明基材厚度0.01-3mm(毫米),一般的选择PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)作为基材,目前产品规格为厚度0.125mm,0.188mm等。透明电极层厚度为10-2000nm(纳米),材质可为ITO(氧化铟锡)和ZnO(氧化锌)等,一般选择ITO,厚度不同,透光率不同,一般在几十到几百纳米,透光率在80%以上。聚合物液晶层的厚度一般为5-30μm(微米)。 
目前,为了驱动调光膜,需要对两片导电膜进行一定的裁剪,以露出透明电极,进而引出导线,连接电源,进行驱动。这种方式一方面不利于加工,另一方面不利于用户自己裁剪,使其将导线安装在合适的位置。 
实用新型内容
为了克服以上缺点,本实用新型提供一种调光膜的导电圆钉,既不需要厂家对调光膜进行裁剪,也方便用户可以根据自己的需要,将导线安装在合适的位置。 
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施达到: 
该调光膜的导电圆钉,由螺帽、螺杆组成,其特殊之处在于:螺杆从上往下依次由导电段、绝缘段、针尖组成。 
所述螺帽由带有导线孔的圆弧组成,通过导线孔与导线连接,用来驱动调光膜。 
所述导电段的长度大于一层柔性基材层的厚度且小于一层柔性基材层和一层透明电极层的厚度之和,接触电极层导电。 
所述绝缘段用绝缘材料制成,小于或等于聚合物液晶层的厚度。 
本实用新型与传统技术相比具有以下优点: 
用户可以任意裁剪调光膜的大小,可安装在调光膜的任意位置,安装工艺简便。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图,对本实用新型的具体实施例作进一步详细说明。 
如图所示,该种调光膜的导电圆钉2,由螺帽21、螺杆22组成,其特殊之处在于:螺杆22从上往下依次由导电段221、绝缘段222、针尖223组成。 
所述螺帽21由带有导线孔211的圆弧21组成,通过导线孔211与导线连接,用来驱动调光膜1。 
所述导电段221的长度大于一层柔性基材层的厚度且小于一层柔性基材层和一层透明电极层的厚度之和,接触电极层12、14导电。 
所述绝缘段222用绝缘材料制成,小于或等于聚合物液晶层13的厚度。 
如图3所示,用户安装时根据尺寸剪切调光膜1,然后在需要连线处分别用2个圆钉2的针尖223穿进调光膜1,然后用2根导线分别连接2个圆钉2的导线孔211,最后开通电源试电。 
若用户需要更换调光膜的安装位置,只需要把调光膜导电圆钉2取下来,然后拆下调光膜,重新安装调光膜;若用户需要把原来调光膜的面积缩小或分成几张,只需要普通剪刀把原来的调光膜裁剪或分成需要尺寸的新调光膜,重新安装。 
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,凡依本实用新型权利要求范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本实用新型权利要求的涵盖范围。

1.一种调光膜的导电圆钉,由螺帽、螺杆组成,其特殊之处在于:螺杆从上往下依次由导电段、绝缘段、针尖组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种调光膜的导电圆钉,其特征在于:所述螺帽由带有导线孔的圆弧组成,通过导线孔与导线连接,用来驱动调光膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种调光膜的导电圆钉,其特征在于:所述导电段的长度大于一层柔性基材层的厚度且小于一层柔性基材层和一层透明电极层的厚度之和,接触电极层导电。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种调光膜的导电圆钉,其特征在于:所述绝缘段用绝缘材料制成,小于或等于聚合物液晶层的厚度。
