本实用新型涉及一种锅炉,特指空气预热的生物质锅炉,其包括:炉体、风道阀门、风道、内烟囱、外烟囱、引风机,其特征在于:炉体的排烟口通过引风机与内烟囱相连,内烟囱的外面是外烟囱;外烟囱的下端与内烟囱密封,上端是敞开的,底部通过风道与炉体的进风口相连,风道上设有风道阀门,其优点是:利用烟囱排放的余热加热空气,可提高锅炉的热效率,节约燃料。

本实用新型涉及一种锅炉,特指空气预热的生物质锅炉。
背景技术
我国是一个农业大国,生物质资源十分丰富。据统计,我国每年产生的农作物秸秆约为7亿吨,而传统的处理方法(炊事、野外焚烧、露天堆积)不仅造成生物质资源的低效率利用,同时也严重地污染了环境。利用生物质燃料可实现二氧化碳“零”排放,产生的草木灰可作为钾肥使用。而目前市场上使用的生物质锅炉大多都是直接进风的,燃烧效率低。
发明内容
为了避免和克服上述不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、效率高的空气预热的生物质锅炉。
实现本实用新型的技术方案为:
空气预热的生物质锅炉,包括:炉体、风道阀门、风道、内烟囱、外烟囱、引风机,其特征在于:炉体的排烟口通过引风机与内烟囱相连,内烟囱的外面是外烟囱;外烟囱的下端与内烟囱密封,上端是敞开的,底部通过风道与炉体的进风口相连,风道上设有风道阀门。
本实用新型的优点是:利用烟囱排放的余热加热空气,可提高锅炉的热效率,节约燃料。

具体实施方式
如图所示,炉体(1)的排烟口(7)通过引风机(8)与内烟囱(6)相连,内烟囱(6)的外面是外烟囱(5);外烟囱(5)的下端与内烟囱(6)密封,上端是敞开的,底部通过风道(4)与炉体(1)的进风口(2)相连,风道(4)上设有风道阀门(3)。
使用时,点燃炉体(1),启动引风机(8),从内烟囱(6)中排出的烟气的余热被外烟囱(5)内的空气吸收后通过风道(4)送到炉体(1),进入炉体(1)内的空气量通过风道阀门(3)调节。
