本发明创造涉及LED灯罩,尤其是一种易于拆装的组合式LED灯罩。
背景技术
LED灯需通过LED灯罩安装在天花板上,灯罩包括灯架、顶固件和侧罩,灯架上开有LED安装孔,灯架顶部开有固定孔。现有的LED灯罩结构复杂,灯架与顶固件之间需要使用螺丝等配件进行装配,灯架与侧罩之间也需要使用螺丝等配件进行装配,装配不方便。
发明内容
本发明创造的目的是给出一种易于拆装的组合式LED灯罩。
为此给出一种易于拆装的组合式LED灯罩,其特征是,包括灯架、顶固件和两个侧罩,灯架和侧罩为长条形,灯架上开有LED安装孔, 灯架两侧的底部沿轴向开有侧扣槽分别对应上述两个侧罩,每个侧罩一端沿轴向开有扣头嵌入所对应的侧扣槽,另一端朝侧下方伸出形成下端, 灯架顶部沿轴向朝两侧开有顶扣槽,顶固件呈n形且两端朝内弯折扣住上述顶扣槽,灯架顶部开有固定孔。
侧罩和灯架通过沿轴向设置的侧扣槽和扣头实现相互装配,顶固件和灯架通过两端朝内折弯折和沿轴向开设的顶扣槽实现相互装配,无需附加其它零件即可完成自身的装配,非常方便。

具体实施方式
灯架2两侧的底部沿轴向开有侧扣槽5分别对应两个侧罩3,两个侧罩3形状互相对称,每个侧罩3一端沿轴向开有扣头6嵌入所对应的侧扣槽5,另一端朝侧下方伸出形成下端,下端朝上设有倒钩4。
灯架2顶部沿轴向朝两侧开有顶扣槽8,顶固件1呈n形且两端7朝内弯折扣住顶扣槽8。本实施例中,顶固件有至少两个并在灯架2上沿轴向排布扣住顶扣槽8,图1作为横截面图只能显示其中一个顶固件1。
LED安装孔开在灯架2上的A处,用于安装LED灯。固定孔开在灯架2顶部B处,用于通过其它零件固定在天花板上。

1.一种易于拆装的组合式LED灯罩,其特征是,包括灯架、顶固件和两个侧罩,灯架和侧罩为长条形,灯架上开有LED安装孔, 灯架两侧的底部沿轴向开有侧扣槽分别对应上述两个侧罩,每个侧罩一端沿轴向开有扣头嵌入所对应的侧扣槽,另一端朝侧下方伸出形成下端, 灯架顶部沿轴向朝两侧开有顶扣槽,顶固件呈n形且两端朝内弯折扣住上述顶扣槽,灯架顶部开有固定孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯罩,其特征是,两个侧罩形状互相对称。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯罩,其特征是,侧罩下端具有倒钩。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LED灯罩,其特征是,所述倒钩是朝上设置的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯罩,其特征是,顶固件有至少两个并在灯架上沿轴向排布扣住顶扣槽。
