背景技术
砼泵软管是用于混凝土泵车的输送管道,传统的砼泵软管为全橡胶结构,强度低,不耐压,寿命短。为改善砼泵软管的性能,有些砼泵软管内设有两层钢丝构成的缠绕编织结构,由于作为两层钢丝编织缠绕结构骨架的钢丝只有两层,虽然能承受一定的压力,但随着现代建筑业的快速发展,要求砼泵软管承受更高的压力,现有的两层钢丝编织缠绕砼泵软管难以满足现代建筑行业的需求。

为克服上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种结构设计合理,韧性好,强度高,使用寿命长的四层钢丝编织缠绕的砼泵软管。
为实现上述技术目的,本实用新型采用以下方案:一种四层钢丝编织缠绕的砼泵软管,由里向外依次为相互融合的内耐磨胶层、五层钢丝胶层、外耐磨胶层;相邻的钢丝胶层之间设有缠绕钢丝,相邻的缠绕钢丝缠绕方向相反,由此构成编织结构。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果:其采用四层缠绕钢丝构成交错的编织结构,作为骨架的钢丝由原来的两层改为四层,大大提高了砼泵软管的压力承受范围,软管内外分别设有内耐磨胶层、外耐磨胶层,提高了软管的耐磨性,从而保证产品使用寿命。
