本实用新型属于燃煤气化配套设备领域,具体的说是一种免溢流的水封装置。 
背景技术
水封装置是用在煤气发生站或其他设备用来与大气隔绝的装置,在正常运行时水封里是满水位的,靠水封的水位高度来控制内部气体的外溢;在实际使用过程中,要保障内部流通气体不外溢,需要经常打开进水阀,保持进水口水长流,造成水浪费严重,不符合节能降耗的要求。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种结构简单、保证了水封装置的功能同时,又避免水浪费的免溢流的水封装置。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案: 
免溢流的水封装置,包括水封筒、溢流口、进水口,所述水封筒一侧设置溢流口,其特征在于,所述水封筒另一侧设置浮力筒,所述浮力筒上部设置进水口,所述进水口上设置浮球阀。
进一步,所述浮球阀包括阀门、连杆、浮球,所述阀门通过连杆与浮力装置铰接,所述阀门固定在所述进水口上,所述浮力装置于所述浮力筒内。 
本实用新型的有益效果为:结构简单、自动出水、节能降耗效果好。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,免溢流的水封装置,包括水封筒1、溢流口2、进水口3,所述水封筒1一侧设置溢流口2,其中,所述水封筒1另一侧设置浮力筒4,所述浮力筒4上部设置进水口3,所述进水口3上设置浮球阀5。 
优选的,所述浮球阀5包括阀门、连杆、浮球,所述阀门通过连杆与浮力装置铰接,所述阀门固定在所述进水口3上,所述浮力装置于所述浮力筒4内。 
水封筒1内设置内套筒8,水封筒1安装在水封支座9上,煤气从进气口6进入水封筒1内的内套筒8内,然后从出气口7排除水封筒1内;水封筒1上增加浮球筒4保证浮球阀5的活动空间,用浮球阀5来保证水封筒1内水位高度,在内部气体压力波动时,浮球阀5可以打开进水口3随时补充水位到溢流高度。

1.免溢流的水封装置,包括水封筒、溢流口、进水口,所述水封筒一侧设置溢流口,其特征在于,所述水封筒另一侧设置浮力筒,所述浮力筒上部设置进水口,所述进水口上设置浮球阀。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的免溢流的水封装置,其特征在于,所述浮球阀包括阀门、连杆、浮球,所述阀门通过连杆与浮力装置铰接,所述阀门固定在所述进水口上,所述浮力装置于所述浮力筒内。
