Abstract

一种含相变材料的避难硐室用相变降温装置,在不锈钢长方体的单元侧面设置带蓄电池的风机,内置沿高度方向平行交叉放置的圆柱形不锈钢相变单元,相变单元内填充相变材料,并垂直放置金属网格。将避难硐室用相变降温单元放置在避难硐室中,风机驱动避难硐室用相变降温单元内空气流动,室内温度高于相变材料的融点时,相变材料融化并吸收空气中热量,降低避难硐室内温度。

避难硐室用相变降温装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种含相变材料的避难硐室用相变降温装置。 
背景技术
煤矿紧急避险应满足无大功率和大容量电源、无安全隐患、不影响矿井通风和安全生产、便于快速紧急避险、免维护或易于维护、经济实用等要求。当煤矿井下发生灾害事故时,遇险人员会进入密闭的避难硐室避险,导致避难硐室内温度逐渐上升。因此,必须对避难硐室内进行降温,以满足温度不大于35℃的防护要求,同时要求在无任何外界支持的条件下额定防护时间需达到96小时。目前常用的避难硐室降温方式有空调降温、蓄冰降温和高压二氧化碳膨胀降温等,其中只有高压液态二氧化碳膨胀降温可在无电力条件下实现,但二氧化碳用量大,体积大,存在泄漏可能,使用后降温系统恢复难度大,且二氧化碳属于温室气体。 
发明内容
为了解决煤矿避难硐室内因温度的上升造成的人员热舒适性及安全性问题,本实用新型提供一种避难硐室用相变降温装置,该装置结构简单,无安全隐患,无需日常维护,在96小时内能有效地降低避难硐室内温度。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该避难硐室用相变降温装置为不锈钢长方体,侧面设置带蓄电池的风机,内置沿高度方向平行交叉放置的圆柱形不锈钢相变单元,各相变单元内垂直放置金属网格,并填充相变材料。将避难硐室用相变降温装置放置在避难硐室中,风机驱动避难硐室用相变降温装置内空气流动,室内温度上升至相变材料的融点时,相变材料融化并吸收热量,降低避难硐室内温度。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,含有相变单元的避难硐室用相变降温装置,在无需外界动力的情况下能有效降低避难硐室内温度,且平时无需维护。

具体实施方式
在图2中,圆柱形不锈钢相变单元(1)平行交叉放置与装置中,圆柱形不锈钢相变单元(1)内部垂直放置金属网格(3),并填充相变材料(2)。 
在图2所示的实施例中,日常状态下,避难硐室内空气温度低于相变材料(2)的熔点,相变材料保持固态,风机(4)静止;当事故发生,避难人员进入避难硐室避险时,风机(4)在蓄电池(5)的驱动下转动,加强空气的流动,空气温度高于圆柱形不锈钢相变单元(1)内相变材料(2)的融点时,相变材料(2)融化并吸收热量,该过程在金属网格(3)的作用下会得到加强。
