本实用新型涉及玻璃器皿生产中退火炉的加热结构，确切地说是一种退火炉的气体自动加热装置。
背景技术
现有玻璃器皿生产领域的退火炉都是采用电加热来控制炉内温度的，通过控制柜控制恒温，电加热的电量使用大，成本高，并且电阻丝容易烧坏，退火温度不稳定，影响产品质量。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种成本低，退火质量更加稳定的退火炉气体自动加热装置。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案予以实现的，退火炉的气体自动加热装置，包括退火炉，其特征在于，所述退火炉两侧设有燃气管道，燃气管道侧翼引出进入退火炉的出气管，所述出气管上装有控制燃气通断的电磁阀，退火炉内还引入与所述出气管配合的点火器，所述电磁阀、点火器均与控制开关电连接。
所述退火炉的侧壁上设有点火柜，出气管和点火器通过点火柜进入退火炉。

具体实施方式
本实用新型所提供的气体自动加热装置设于退火炉的两个侧面，退火炉两侧均设有燃气管道，图1所示为其中一侧的结构，燃气管道1的进气端设有阀门10，燃气管道1上装有压力表3，燃气管道1侧翼引出进入退火炉2的出气管4，出气管4上装有控制燃气通断的电磁阀5，退火炉2内还引入与出气管4配合的点火器7，退火炉2的侧壁上设有点火柜6，出气管4和点火器7通过点火柜6进入退火炉2，电磁阀5、点火器7通过导线9与控制开关8电连接，通过控制开关8自动控制出气管4内燃气的通断和点火器7的点火。当退火炉内温度小于设定的工艺温度时，控制开关控制电磁阀开启通气，同时点火器自动点火加温。当退火炉内温度达到设定的工艺温度时，通过控制开关自动断气熄火恒温。
