医用棉签要装置在绝对的无菌空间内，现有装置医用棉签的桶体在打开拿取棉签时，其内部会完全暴露在外，内部的棉签会受到周围空气环境的影响而不干净。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种医用棉签罐，其结构改进简单却巧妙，设有盖帽和盖板，方便拿取棉签，且不会使罐桶内部完全暴露在外，使用安全卫生。

一种医用棉签罐，包括有顶面开口的罐桶，所述罐桶的上端旋盖有盖帽，盖帽盖住顶面的开口，其特征在于：所述罐桶的盖帽上开有多个供棉签出料的通孔，所述的盖帽上一侧竖直安装有转轴，所述的转轴外固定套有盖板，所述的盖板转动盖在盖帽上。
所述罐桶的外壁上安装有把柄。
使用过程中，当罐桶内的棉签全部用完时，要装入多个棉签到罐桶内，此时，只需打开盖帽装置；当需要一个个拿取使用时，只需转动盖板，使盖帽上的通孔露出，棉签通过通孔出来。
