背景技术
目前的粗磨、精磨、抛光等机构都是分开控制,因此通过粗磨、精磨、抛光的工件在某一处由于加工而磨损特别严重。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本实用新型目的提供一种粗磨精磨抛光整体摆动机构。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
粗磨精磨抛光整体摆动机构,摆动电机带动偏心轮旋转,偏心轮和铰链机构连接带动粗磨轮,精磨轮组件通过铰链机构和粗磨轮组件连接,抛光轮组件通过铰链机构和精磨轮组件连接。
工作原理:
当粗磨轮组件、精磨轮组件和抛光轮组件都在加工各夹具体顶针上面的工件时,摆动电机带动偏心轮旋转,偏心轮和铰链机构连接带动粗磨轮组件沿着精密直线滚珠导轨左右移动。精磨轮组件通过铰链机构和粗磨轮组件连接,抛光轮组件通过铰链机构和精磨轮组件连接。这样精磨轮组件也和粗磨轮组件一样,沿着精密直线滚珠导轨左右移动。抛光轮组件也是一样,沿着精密直线滚珠导轨左右移动。从而实现了三道工序的整体左右移动。
优点:
1、通过粗磨轮、精磨轮和抛光轮的左右移动,可以避免粗磨轮、精磨轮和抛光轮在某一处由于工件加工而磨损特别严重。通过左右移动,使三个轮各处的磨损一致,这样就极大的提高了粗磨轮、精磨轮和抛光轮的使用寿命。
2、通过三个铰链机构的连接,使粗磨轮组件、精磨轮组件和抛光轮组件都是以相同的速度和方向移动,保证了整个工艺过程的一致性。配合精密直线导轨的支承,使移动更精确和平稳。

如图1-2所示,粗磨精磨抛光整体摆动机构,摆动电机8带动偏心轮4旋转,偏心轮4和铰链机构Ⅰ5连接带动粗磨轮组件,精磨轮组件2通过铰链机构Ⅱ6和粗磨轮组件1连接,抛光轮组件3通过铰链机构Ⅲ7和精磨轮组件2连接。
