本实用新型涉及一种压辊上的压盖。
背景技术
为响应国家循环经济、节能减排的号召，将农业三废（秸秆、花生壳等）、木屑、竹屑等废弃物，压制成可用于锅炉燃烧的生物质颗粒，代替煤、石油和天然气等不可再生能源，不仅节约了能源，也更加的环保。因此，就需要一种将农业三废压制成生物质颗粒的机器，即制粒机。
制粒机中最关键的部件就是压制装置，而压制装置中最关键的零件是环模和压辊，压辊是通过压辊轴承固定在压辊轴上，为了让设备的运转更加顺畅，在各零件的连接处通常要加油，起润滑作用。因此，压辊与压辊轴承之间、压辊轴承与压辊轴之间都加有油，由于油是液体，易流动，时间长了之后就会流出设备，使得设备的磨损加大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种密封效果好的、用在压辊上的压盖。
为实现本实用新型的目的，技术方案如下：
一种压辊上的压盖，所述压盖上设置有凹槽，所述凹槽上设置有密封圈。
进一步，压辊具有凸出于其侧面的凸出结构，所述凸出结构与所述凹槽对应连接。
本实用新型具有的有益效果：
压盖上的凹槽和压辊上的凸出结构配合连接，使得油料不会轻易的流出，并且在凹槽内部设置有密封圈，进一步增强了压盖的密封效果。

如图1所示，压辊125设置在压辊轴124上，压辊轴124上共有两个压辊125，且两个压辊125之间有间距。压辊125与压辊轴124之间设置有压辊轴承127，实际上，压辊125也是通过压辊轴承127固定在压辊轴124上。每个压辊125的外侧均设置有压盖128。
继续结合图3和图4所示，压辊125上设置有凸出于其侧面的凸出结构130，压盖128上设置有凹槽131，凹槽131上设置有密封圈129，凸出结构130刚好卡在凹槽131的内部。
