鉴于背景技术的不足，本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种能增强与电木粉之间的结合力，提升换向器产品机械强度和超速性能的新型换向器铜片。
本实用新型是采取如下技术方案来完成的：
一种新型换向器铜片，由片体和至少两只燕尾型固定脚组成，燕尾型固定脚沿片体的高度方向上下设置，其特征在于：每只燕尾型固定脚均向侧边进行弯曲，相邻燕尾型固定脚的弯曲方向相反。燕尾型固定脚设有两只，上面一只燕尾型固定脚向左侧进行弯曲，下面一只燕尾型固定脚向右侧进行弯曲。
上述技术方案的换向器铜片，每只燕尾型固定脚均向侧边进行弯曲，相邻燕尾型固定脚的弯曲方向相反，弯曲起到与燕尾倒钩基本相同的技术效果，这样一来，固定脚与电木粉之间的结合相当于原先两倍的结合效果，于是增强了换向器铜片与电木粉之间的结合力，提升了换向器产品的机械强度和超速性能。
