本实用新型公开了一种发光阻燃矿用电缆，包括导体、设在导体外的绝缘层、在绝缘线芯绞合线组成缆的缆芯上包有聚酯薄膜绕包层、屏蔽层和外护套，导体与绝缘层之间设有耐火云母带绕包层，在聚酯薄膜绕包层内绝缘线芯绞合线之间设有阻燃填充料，在聚酯薄膜绕包层外编织有屏蔽层，在屏蔽层上挤包外护套，最后在外护套外挤包有一层发光层，该发光层采用以稀土铝酸盐蓄光性发光粉为原材料。本实用新型由于电缆的外护层采用的是发光层，当有可见光、紫外线等光源照射时，能将光能储存起来，当光源撤离后在黑暗状态下，能将所储存的光能缓慢释放出来产生荧光，在漆黑的环境下发光。

为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种发光阻燃矿用电缆。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案予以实现。
本实用新型一种发光阻燃矿用电缆，包括导体、设在导体外的绝缘层、在绝缘线芯绞合线组成缆的缆芯上包有聚酯薄膜绕包层、屏蔽层和外护套，导体与绝缘层之间设有耐火云母带绕包层，在聚酯薄膜绕包层内绝缘线芯绞合线之间设有阻燃填充料，在聚酯薄膜绕包层外编织有屏蔽层，在屏蔽层上挤包外护套，最后在外护套外挤包有一层发光层，该发光层采用以稀土铝酸盐蓄光性发光粉为原材料。
本实用新型与以往技术相比的优点是：由于电缆的外护层采用的是发光层，当有可见光、紫外线等光源照射时，能将光能储存起来，当光源撤离后在黑暗状态下，能将所储存的光能缓慢释放出来产生荧光，在漆黑的环境下发光。

在图1中，本实用新型一种发光阻燃矿用电缆，包括导体1、设在导体外的绝缘层3、在绝缘线芯绞合线组成缆的缆芯上包有聚酯薄膜绕包层5、屏蔽层6和外护套7，导体1与绝缘层3之间设有耐火云母带绕包层2，在聚酯薄膜绕包层5内绝缘线芯绞合线之间设有阻燃填充料4，在聚酯薄膜绕包层5外编织有耐腐蚀性强、屏蔽性能好的镀锡铜丝屏蔽层6，在屏蔽层6上挤包抗撕裂性强、机械性性好的聚氯乙烯材料外护套7，最后在外护套7外挤包有一层发光层8，该发光层8采用以稀土铝酸盐蓄光性发光粉为原材料。

1. 一种发光阻燃矿用电缆，包括导体、设在导体外的绝缘层、在绝缘线芯绞合线组成缆的缆芯上包有聚酯薄膜绕包层、屏蔽层和外护套，其特征是：导体与绝缘层之间设有耐火云母带绕包层，在聚酯薄膜绕包层内绝缘线芯绞合线之间设有阻燃填充料，在聚酯薄膜绕包层外编织有屏蔽层，在屏蔽层上挤包外护套，最后在外护套外挤包有一层发光层，该发光层采用以稀土铝酸盐蓄光性发光粉为原材料。
