    本实用新型涉及一种铝塔式炉塔部投料冲击区预制件。 
背景技术
目前国内通用的压铸行业用塔式炉分为两部分,一部分为塔部区域,用于投料及熔化,另一部分为保持室区域,用于承载塔部区域熔化的熔融铝液,在工作时,需先将铝锭或者回炉料从塔顶处,投入,直接落入,塔部熔化区,由烧嘴进行熔化,熔为铝液后,流入保持室,在整个工作过程中,塔底的某一特殊区域,称之为塔式炉预制件,将长期承受从塔顶落入的铝锭的冲砸,相对于整个炉衬其他区域来说,这里为寿命短板,普通的浇注料强度不够,且容易发生突然损坏造成意外停炉,降低工厂的产能。

具体实施方式

先将塔式炉预制件吊装到位,在内螺纹拧入螺纹钢,并螺纹钢周围打上浇注料2进行固定,如图2所示。试验证明,此种结构的塔式炉预制件,使用寿命得到延长。
