阀帽内置的滑塞掰开式排汽阀，包括壳体，阀体固定在壳体上部，阀塞安装在阀体的阀腔内，阀杆从阀腔后部伸出与浮球连接，阀帽中部有阀口，其特征在于阀帽外侧有螺纹，阀帽中部有内凹的正多边形，阀帽安装在阀体端头的内螺纹内。采用上述结构后，无法用手拧动螺帽，有效地避免了不了解结构的情况下人为对阀门的破坏。

本实用新型属于自动排汽阀。 
背景技术
为达到体积减小的目的，一种立式排汽阀采用了滑塞掰开式结构，滑塞与阀口的结构关系从平行移动变成掰开，减少了阀塞的行程，从而有效地减小了阀体的体积。这种排汽阀阀体固定在壳体上部，阀塞装在阀体的阀腔内，与浮球连接的阀杆从阀腔后部伸出，阀腔前端螺纹固定阀帽，阀帽中心有阀口。但由于阀帽与阀体前端是外螺纹连接，使人很受容易用手拧动，这样就会造成阀口端面与阀塞间形成缝隙，使阀口漏水，而且还难以修正。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种阀帽不能随意拧动的滑塞掰开式排汽阀，本实用新型的技术方案如附图所示，包括壳体，阀体固定在壳体上部，阀塞安装在阀体的阀腔内，阀杆从阀腔后部伸出与浮球连接，阀帽中部有阀口，其特征在于阀帽外侧有螺纹，阀帽中部有内凹的正多边形，阀帽安装在阀体端头的内螺纹内。采用上述结构后，无法用手拧动螺帽，有效地避免了不了解结构情况下人为对阀门的破坏。

具体实施方式
阀体固定在壳体上部，阀腔为圆腔，阀塞安装在阀体的阀腔内，阀塞后端固定阀杆，阀杆另一端从阀腔后部伸出插入浮球内，阀塞后端有压力弹簧，阀帽中部有阀口，阀帽外侧有螺纹，阀帽中部有内凹的正八边形，形成内八角阀帽，阀体端头有内螺纹，阀帽与阀体内螺纹固定。

1.阀帽内置的滑塞掰开式排汽阀，阀体固定在壳体上部，阀塞安装在阀体的阀腔内，阀杆从阀腔后部伸出与浮球连接，阀帽中部有阀口，其特征在于阀帽外侧有螺纹，阀帽中部有内凹的正多边形，阀帽安装在阀体端头的内螺纹内。
