本实用新型的技术方案是:一种耐磨轴承座,包括轴承座主体、支撑座体,轴承座主体内壁围成轴孔,支撑座体上有固定螺孔,所述轴承座主体内壁均匀设置有一层石墨烯层,该石墨烯层厚度为5-15um。 
作为优选,石墨烯层厚度为10-12um。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果在于:因为在轴承座主体内壁均匀设置有一层石墨烯层,而石墨烯非常牢固坚硬,比钻石还硬,因此有很好的耐磨效果。

如图1所示,一种耐磨轴承座,包括轴承座主体1、支撑座体3,轴承座主体1内壁围成轴孔4,支撑座体上有固定螺孔2。 
轴承座主体1内壁均匀设置有一层石墨烯层4,该石墨烯层4厚度为5-15um。石墨烯层4最好为10-12um,这样一方面耗费的石墨烯不太多,另一方面又可以达到良好的耐磨效果。

1.一种耐磨轴承座,包括轴承座主体、支撑座体,轴承座主体内壁围成轴孔,支撑座体上有固定螺孔,其特征在于:所述轴承座主体内壁均匀设置有一层石墨烯层,该石墨烯层厚度为5-15um。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨轴承座,其特征在于:所述石墨烯层厚度为10-12um。
