目前,现有技术中,将多根圆柱体如电缆一捆紧时,均采用薄片长条形的金属捆扎带进行捆扎,由于现有的金属捆扎带都没有外边,造成抗拉强度不高,且容易割伤操作人员手部。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,易于加工的捆扎件,解决现有技术中金属捆扎带抗拉强度不高,且易伤操作人员的手的问题,并且实现对不同大小物件的交叉捆扎。
一种捆扎件,其外形为圆形棍状,是在一根柔性金属芯的外表面包裹有一层有机树脂。
本实用新型的捆扎件在使用时,用有机树脂包裹的金属芯缠绕咬合物件,具有很好的抗拉强度,同时不易伤到操作人员的手。该捆扎件结构简单,使用方便,容易修复或重新捆扎,生产设备简单,成本低,且产品用途广泛。

如图1、图2所示,本实用新型的外形为圆形棍状,是在一根柔性金属芯2的外表面包裹有一层有机树脂1制成。连接物件时用捆扎件绕过物件,然后将捆扎件头尾相并旋紧,就将物件牢牢固定在一起了。
