二、背景技术：
目前，在从事炊事工作的切制操作时，压持被切物的手指无任何保护措施，手指的安全没有任何保障，完全取决于操作者的经验和熟练程度，对于初学者或者生疏者来说，在操作时经常有被刀切伤的事情发生；即便是经验丰富的操作者，也不可能避免的会割伤手指。
三、发明内容：
本实用新型的目的即使为了克服现有技术中存在的缺陷和不足，提供一种既能在切制时对手指起到保护作用，又不影响手指灵活性的手指护套。
