Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种髓腔自动中置型骨水泥固定股骨柄,股骨柄柄体中段采用增加与人体髓腔尺寸相适应的高抛光翼状中置结构设计,进行骨水泥型髋关节置换手术植入股骨柄假体时,翼状中置结构因其与人体股骨髓腔尺寸相适应,而保证了骨水泥型股骨柄假体在植入髓腔时的中置性,防止股骨柄在人体髓腔内的位置偏移而导致的假体周围骨水泥层厚度不均匀,降低了骨水泥层断裂的风险,保证了假体在人体中的稳定性,翼状中置结构的高抛光处理,可以允许骨水泥型股骨柄后期的微下沉,从而保证了股骨柄假体在髓腔内的二次固定,进一步保证了股骨柄假体远期稳定,延长了股骨柄假体的使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种髓腔自动中置型骨水泥固定股骨柄,具体地说是一种用于骨水泥髋关节置换手术中,能够使骨水泥型股骨柄假体在植入髓腔时保证良好中置性的股骨柄假体。 
背景技术
近年来,人工髋关节置换手术成为最成熟有效的骨科手术之一。每年,约有数以百万的患者接受人工髋关节置换手术,用于缓解关节疼痛,改善关节功能,重返快乐生活。 
骨水泥固定型股骨柄假体是骨水泥全髋关节置换及半髋关节置换手术中必需的髋关节假体,股骨柄假体与人体骨床之间骨水泥厚度的均匀性是影响假体在人体中远期寿命的重要因素,其设计结构的合理性直接影响到关节置换手术的成败及术后的效果。 
传统使用的骨水泥固定型股骨柄一般柄体上无中置体设计,在植入髓腔时,需在柄体远端单独安装中置体,一般中置体材料为聚乙烯。但因远端中置体安装形式距离近端太远,且聚乙烯材料容易变形,股骨柄植入时仍会出现扭摆现象,导致假体周围骨水泥层不均匀,影响骨水泥层的强度,从而影响股骨柄假体在人体髓腔内的长期稳定性。 
所以,设计一款能够自动在人体髓腔中中置的骨水泥固定型股骨柄,解决骨水泥型髋关节置换中无法准确保证骨水泥层均匀厚度问题,是目前急需的临床解决方案。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种保证骨水泥型股骨柄在人体髓腔中自动中置的髓腔自动中置型骨水泥固定股骨柄。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取以下技术方案: 
一种髓腔自动中置型骨水泥固定股骨柄,其中它包括柄体(1)和翼状中置 结构(2);翼状中置结构(2)位于柄体(1)中部,由3~6个锥形脊(3)组成,锥形脊(3)立边与柄体(1)轮廓平行,平行距离为2~3mm。 
上述的髓腔自动中置型骨水泥固定股骨柄,其中:柄体(1)中段带有翼状中置结构(2),翼状中置结构(2)位于柄体(1)中部。 
上述的髓腔自动中置型骨水泥固定股骨柄,其中:翼状中置结构(2)由3~6个锥形脊(3)组成。 
上述的髓腔自动中置型骨水泥固定股骨柄,其中:翼状中置结构(2)上的锥形脊(3)立边与柄体(1)轮廓平行,平行距离为2~3mm。 
本实用新型的有益效果是: 
本实用新型带有翼状中置结构的柄体设计,能够保证骨水泥型髋关节置换手术中植入骨水泥固定型股骨柄时,股骨柄在人体股骨髓腔内的自动中置性。 
本实用新型设计理念先进、结构简单,利用组合结构的稳定性原理,通过在柄体中段增加翼状中置结构设计,可以使骨水泥固定型股骨柄在人体股骨髓腔内自动中置,保证股骨柄假体周围骨水泥层的均匀性,从而保证了假体在人体中的远期稳定效果,延长了假体的使用寿命。所以本实用新型在骨水泥型髋关节置换手术中具有很好的应用及市场前景。

2.根据权利要求1所述的髓腔自动中置型骨水泥固定股骨柄,其特征在于,翼状中置结构(2)设计有锥形脊(3),数量可以为3个、或4个、或5个、或6个。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的髓腔自动中置型骨水泥固定股骨柄,其特征在于,翼状中置结构(2)上面的锥形脊(3)立边平行于柄体(1)的外形。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的髓腔自动中置型骨水泥固定股骨柄,其特征在于,翼状中置结构(2)上面的锥形脊(3)立边与柄体(1)外形的平行距离为2~3mm。
