本实用新型涉及通信机柜电线和接头的固定装置,具体涉及一种通过黄胶注塑使电线与接头连接孔注塑均匀并且连接更稳固的固定装置。 
背景技术
目前通信机柜电线和接头之间的固定通常采用PE胶料进行注塑加工,但是由于成型压力大,流动性差,导致容易电线和接头之间的连接孔冲胶,连接不牢固,影响产品质量。 
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种连接通信机柜电线和接头的固定装置,采用熔点低流动性好的黄胶。 
实现本实用新型的技术方案如下: 
通信机柜电线固定装置,包括电线和接头,接头内部为空腔,电线通过黄胶填充空腔,与接头固定。 
本实用新型的优点在于: 
1.由于黄胶良好的流动性和低熔点性,采用低压注塑黄胶固定通信机柜电线和接头可以使空腔注塑均匀,固定性好。 
2.操作方便,只需使用热熔胶枪即可完成注塑。 
3.成型压力好,空腔不易产生冲胶。

具体实施方式
参照图1和图2,为本实用新型的电线1和接头2及空腔4和黄胶3的连接 位置,将电线1插入与空腔4内,使用热熔胶抢对空腔4注塑黄胶3,实现电线1与接头2的固定。
