本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种自动化程度高、有效实现资源共享、传输速度快、安全性高的多方远程教育交互系统。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种多方远程教育交互系统，其特征在于，包括服务器端、培训教室终端、用户终端和教育专网，所述的服务器端、培训教室终端、用户终端两两之间通过教育专网连接。
所述的服务器端包括多点视频处理服务器和数据库服务器。
所述的培训教室终端包括相互连接的PC和视频采集器，所述的PC与教育专网连接。
所述的视频采集器为高清摄像头。
所述的用户终端包括个人PC和移动终端。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有以下优点：
1、自动化程度高，可以做到无系统管理员参与的自动会议控制模式，会议建立和录制一键式操作，以实现整体的无人值守。
2、有效实现资源共享，可使优质教育资源进一步开放和延伸，缓解区域性教育资源紧张的问题，更好的实现优质师资共建共享。
3、传输速度快，网络通信标准基于H.323协议和SIP协议，传送高清图像以及收发标准H.239双流。
4、安全性高，本地通过终端可以对硬件进行系统的应急备份，不错过任何课程及培训会议。
5、可以通过视频终端控制整个系统的常规操作，还可以分别给予每个人员相应的管理权限。

如图1所示，一种多方远程教育交互系统，包括服务器端1、培训教室终端2、用户终端3和教育专网4，所述的服务器端1、培训教室终端2、用户终端3两两之间通过教育专网4连接。
所述的服务器端1包括多点视频处理服务器和数据库服务器。所述的培训教室终端2包括相互连接的PC和视频采集器，所述的PC与教育专网连接。所述的视频采集器为高清摄像头。所述的用户终端3包括个人PC和移动终端。
本系统实现以下功能：
实现教育系统远程行政及培训会议；
实现学校与学校交互式网络精品课堂；
实现所有培训、精品课堂的视频和教学资料存档、编辑、点播及下载；
实现该系统下的优秀教师资源共享。
