本实用新型涉及一种具有卡片暂存机构的自动发卡器。
背景技术
目前，市面上的自动发卡器进行换卡动作时，只能将用户的旧卡读取信息后将卡送回到收卡箱中，再进行发新卡的动作，如果因各种原因新卡发送不成功，而此时无法将用户的旧卡退还给用户，给使用者造成了极大的不方便。
因此，有必要设计一种具有卡片暂存机构的自动发卡器。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有卡片暂存机构的自动发卡器，该具有卡片暂存机构的自动发卡器方便实用，安全可靠性好。
实用新型的技术解决方案如下：
一种具有卡片暂存机构的自动发卡器，包括读卡器、发卡箱、卡片传送机构、卡片暂存模块和回收箱；读卡器、发卡箱、卡片暂存模块均通过卡片传送机构的传输通道相连，卡片暂存模块与回收箱对接。
所述的发卡箱为3个，所述的回收箱为2个。
有益效果：
本实用新型的具有卡片暂存机构的自动发卡器，卡片暂存模块用于在用户换卡时，将旧卡片送到读卡器，读卡器读取数据后将卡片经卡片传送机构传送到暂存机构中暂时存放起来，再接着从发卡箱处发入新卡给用户，如果一切正常，新卡发放成功，暂存机构则将旧卡送到回收箱中保存，并等待发卡机的下一步处置。如果因某方面的原因新卡未能发放成功，此时暂存机构中的旧卡会经传送机构再送到读卡器中吐出给用户。这种具有卡片暂存机构的自动发卡器控制简易，方便实用，安全可靠性好。
这种具有卡片暂存机构的自动发卡器是对现有自动发卡机的进一步完善。

实施例1：
如图1，一种具有卡片暂存机构的自动发卡器，包括读卡器6、发卡箱、卡片传送机构4、卡片暂存模块8和回收箱；读卡器6、发卡箱、卡片暂存模块8均通过卡片传送机构4的传输通道相连，卡片暂存模块8与回收箱对接。
所述的发卡箱为3个，所述的回收箱为2个。
这种具有卡片暂存机构的自动发卡器可以将用户的旧卡先存放在卡片暂存模块中，当新户发送到用户手中后再将旧卡送到回收箱，如果新卡不能发送成功则可以将旧卡退回给用户。
三个发卡箱在结构功能上一样，但使用时可能会有不同，如放置三种或二种不同的卡。
2个回收箱功能完全一样，只是为了增加回收箱的容量增加了一个回收箱。
卡片的传送(即卡片传送机构4)是通过现有的技术来实现，比如由步进马达带动同步带，同步带带动二组包胶轴，包胶轴带动卡片在传送通道中传送。

1.一种具有卡片暂存机构的自动发卡器，其特征在于，包括读卡器、发卡箱、卡片传送机构、卡片暂存模块和回收箱；读卡器、发卡箱、卡片暂存模块均通过卡片传送机构的传输通道相连，卡片暂存模块与回收箱对接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有卡片暂存机构的自动发卡器，其特征在于，所述的发卡箱为3个，所述的回收箱为2个。
