Abstract

本实用新型提供一种电源切换装置,包括:备用电源接通单元,用于接通备用电源;主电源检测单元,用于检测主电源输出电压,若低于第一电压值,则控制备用电源接通单元接通备用电源,若高于第二电压值,则控制备用电源接通单元断开备用电源;切换延迟单元,连接主电源检测单元和备用电源接通单元,用于消除电路从备用电源切换到主电源时产生的瞬态干扰。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电源切换装置,尤其涉及一种宽范围可调节的主备电源切换装置。 
背景技术
现今,大部分主电源和备用电源通过二极管“或”逻辑电路与负载连接的方案。虽然这一构架很容易理解,但当电压超出电源电压时,二极管“或”逻辑电路将连通备用电源供电使其不能合理选择主备电源供电。另外还有电源电压适用范围窄,以及检测阈值电压不可调等缺点。 
发明内容
为了克服现有的主备电源切换装置的缺点,本实用新型提供一种电源切换装置。 
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种电源切换装置,其特征在于,包括: 
备用电源接通单元,用于接通备用电源;和 
主电源检测单元,用于检测主电源输出电压,若低于第一电压值,则控制所述备用电源接通单元接通备用电源,若高于第二电压值,则控制所述备用电源接通单元断开备用电源;和 
切换延迟单元,连接所述主电源检测单元和所述备用电源接通单元,用于消除电路从所述备用电源切换到所述主电源时产生的瞬态干扰。 
本实用新型的第一优选方案为,所述主电源检测单元包括MAX932芯片。 
本实用新型的第二优选方案为,所述切换延迟单元由至少一个电阻,至少一个二极管和至少一个电容串联组成。 
本实用新型的第三优选方案为,所述备用电源接通单元包括多个MOS管。 
本实用新型的技术优势在于:结构简单,使用方便,功耗较低,成本低,性能稳定、可靠,适用范围广,检测阈值电压可调,使用灵活度高,以很好的协调主备电源的合理使用和滤除切换时产生的干扰脉冲。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对实用新型做进一步说明。 
参考图1,一种电源切换装置,包括:备用电源接通单元,用于接通备用电源;主电源检测单元,用于检测主电源输出电压,若低于第一电压值,则控制备用电源接通单元接通备用电源,若高于第二电压值,则控制备用电源接通单元断开备用电源;切换延迟单元,连接主电源检测单元和备用电源接通单元,用于消除电路从备用电源切换到主电源时产生的瞬态干扰。 
本实施例中,主电源检测单元是主备电源切换装置的核心部分,可监测主电源的电压范围是7V到30V,若主电源降到第一电压值7.6V(本实例中通过电位器,可调范围为7.3V到8.2V)以下,则启动切换延时单元;若主电源升到第二电压值8.5V(本实例中通过电位器,可调范围为8.4V到9.3V)以上,则关闭切换延时单元。比较器采用8脚MAX932芯片。 
切换延迟单元,包含至少一个电阻,至少一个二极管和至少一个电容组成一个延时电路,使得比较器的输出端在备用电源负端断开是短暂的维持原状态电平,从而消除电路从备用电源切换到主电源时产生的瞬态干扰,从而避免了瞬态干扰导致的系统的微控制器复位。 
备用电源接通单元,包含多个MOS管,采用多个并联的形式连接,n沟道 FET关断,备用电源负端浮空,由主电源为负载供电。当主电源电压下降到7.6V(可调)时,比较器输出高电平,将接通n沟道FET,将备用电源负极接地,由备用电源为负载供电。本实例中,备用电源接通单元采用8脚IRF8721。备用电源为标准的+5V电源。

Claims (4)

1.一种电源切换装置,其特征在于,包括:
备用电源接通单元,用于接通备用电源;和
主电源检测单元,用于检测主电源输出电压,若低于第一电压值,则控制所述备用电源接通单元接通备用电源,若高于第二电压值,则控制所述备用电源接通单元断开备用电源;和
切换延迟单元,连接所述主电源检测单元和所述备用电源接通单元,用于消除电路从所述备用电源切换到所述主电源时产生的瞬态干扰。
2.根据权利要求1所述电源切换装置,其特征在于:所述主电源检测单元包括MAX932芯片。
3.根据权利要求1所述电源切换装置,其特征在于:所述切换延迟单元由至少一个电阻,至少一个二极管和至少一个电容串联组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述电源切换装置,其特征在于:所述备用电源接通单元包括多个MOS管。
