背景技术
光伏汇流箱是光伏系统中用来进行输配电汇流接线的箱体装置,其通常包括有箱体和箱盖。为防止使用过程中雨水进入箱体,箱盖与箱体必需密封连接。由于箱盖通过是通过箱体开口边缘的铰链与箱体进行连接,使其封盖部分的密封性难以保证,特别是铰链连接部分的密封不易完善,从而限制了整个汇流箱的防水密封能力的提高。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种密封性好、安装操作方便的防水光伏汇流箱。

本实用新型将箱盖与箱体的铰接部分设置在顶板上的开口之外,使开口与箱盖的密封不受铰链部分的影响,能够形成可靠封闭的密封带,提高了汇流箱的防水密封性能,同时其制造和安装方便。
