背景技术
随着经济的发展，大量假冒伪劣产品也随之涌现，这样不仅造成了消费者的损失，也给知名品牌造成了很多不必要的麻烦。目前，大多防伪标签都是将数字和图案或编码直接印刷在标签基材上，很容易被仿制或伪造。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种防伪标签，其结构简单，并能有效避免仿制伪造问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取以下技术方案：一种防伪标签，其特征在于：它包括光谱防伪基层，所述光谱防伪基层上热压有币纹防伪层，所述币纹防伪层上热压有隐形防伪层，所述隐形防伪层上印刷有水显防伪层，所述水显防伪层上印刷有明码防伪标志，构成五重防伪结构。
本实用新型由于采取以上技术方案，其具有以下优点：本实用新型由于采用五层防伪设置，其结构简单。而且除了位于外层的明码防伪标志及水显防伪层之外，其余隐形防伪层、币纹防伪层和光谱防伪基层都不能用肉眼识别，都需要通过专用设备进行相应的信息读取，大大增强了防伪性能，不易被仿制。本实用新型可以广泛在各种商品上应用。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进行详细的描述。
如图1所示，本实用新型包括光谱防伪基层1，在光谱防伪基层1上热压有币纹防伪层2，在币纹防伪层2上热压有隐形防伪层3，在隐形防伪层3上印刷有水显防伪层4，在水显防伪层4上印刷有明码防伪标志5，构成五重防伪结构。
本实用新型使用时，在正常状态下，可以通过明码防伪标志5进行真伪鉴别，为了进一步确认商品的真伪还可以依次通过水显防伪层4、隐形防伪层3、币纹防伪层2及光谱防伪基层1进行鉴别。当位于最外层的明码防伪标志5被伪造时，本实用新型的防伪标签内还隐藏有四种防伪标志，因此，可以有效避免易仿制的缺陷。除了明码防伪标志5及水显防伪层4之外，其余隐形防伪层3、币纹防伪层2和光谱防伪基层1都不能用肉眼识别，都需要通过专用设备进行相应的信息读取，大大增强了防伪性能。
