本实用新型涉及一种电力光缆。
背景技术
将光缆与送电线的相导线、架空地线和电力电缆复合为一体结构,即光缆,这种结构兼具地线和通信双重功能,现有的不锈钢管型复合电力光缆由于光纤分布凌乱使得电缆的直径偏大、重量偏重、大缆芯光纤难以接续。因此,需要提供一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种传输效果好的电力光缆。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种电力光缆,包括光纤单元,所述光纤单元由不锈钢管、纤膏和光纤带构成,所述光纤单元中的光纤带相互叠合,所述光纤带由多根光纤并排粘合而成,所述纤膏填充于不锈钢管内,所述光纤单元外绞合有外层绞线,所述外层绞线外设有保护套。
所述不锈钢管的管壁厚度为0.1-0.2mm。
所述外层绞线由多根铝合金线和多根铝包钢线间隔交错绞合而成。
所述铝合金线和铝包钢线的数目为3-6根。
所述保护套为铝合金材料制成。
本实用新型的有益效果:光纤带不必承受长期扭曲应力,能自动调整吸收,光纤单元外绞合有外层绞线,强度高,相互干扰小。

如图1所示,本实用新型的一种电力光缆,包括光纤单元,光纤单元由不锈钢管1、纤膏2和光纤带3构成,不锈钢管1的管壁厚度为0.1-0.2mm,光纤单元中的光纤带3相互叠合,光纤带3由多根光纤并排粘合而成,纤膏2填充于不锈钢管1内,光纤单元外绞合有外层绞线,外层绞线由4根铝合金线5和4根铝包钢线6间隔交错绞合而成,外层绞线外设有保护套4,保护套4为铝合金材料制成。
光纤带不必承受长期扭曲应力,能自动调整吸收,光纤单元外绞合有外层绞线,强度高,相互干扰小。

1.一种电力光缆,包括光纤单元,其特征在于:所述光纤单元由不锈钢管、纤膏和光纤带构成,所述光纤单元中的光纤带相互叠合,所述光纤带由多根光纤并排粘合而成,所述纤膏填充于不锈钢管内,所述光纤单元外绞合有外层绞线,所述外层绞线外设有保护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电力光缆,其特征在于:所述不锈钢管的管壁厚度为0.1-0.2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电力光缆,其特征在于:所述外层绞线由多根铝合金线和多根铝包钢线间隔交错绞合而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种电力光缆,其特征在于:所述铝合金线和铝包钢线的数目为3-6根。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种电力光缆,其特征在于:所述保护套为铝合金材料制成。
