本实用新型涉及一种电缆测试保护装置,特别涉及一种电缆耐压试验防护装置。 
背景技术
    为加强对智能电网的建设,提高电网资源优化配置能力,实施电力改造,大量的电力电缆应用于农网、城网。在未进行电缆安装前进行电缆交流耐压试验,是比较容易的;但是往往电缆在安装到电杆上或者开关柜后,供电公司才到现场进行试验。对电缆的某一相进行升压试验,其他两相导体、金属屏蔽或金属套和铠甲层一起接地。此时问题出现:某一相与其他两相的安全距离或者某一相与开关柜的安全距离达不到《 电力安全生产规程》 要求,从而放电,出现闪络故障,损坏开关柜,导致试验无法继续进行。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供一种电缆耐压试验防护装置,其结构简单、使用方便、成本低廉。 
其技术方案是:由绝缘材料制成的壳体的四周及上端密封,下端设有开口,在壳体内部形成一个底部开放的隔离腔,所述的壳体下端开口的外部设有绝缘外罩。 
上述的壳体为长方体状,底面呈长方形。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:结构简单、使用方便、成本低廉,可有效防止试验电缆头与开关柜放电,避免了设备损坏,保证试验正常进行。

本实用新型由绝缘材料制成的壳体1的四周及上端密封,下端设有开口,在壳体1内部形成一个底部开放的隔离腔3,所述的壳体1下端开口的外部设有绝缘外罩2;其中,壳体1为长方体状,底面呈长方形。
使用时,将试验测试的电缆线4放入隔离腔3内部进行测试,结构简单、使用方便、成本低廉,可有效防止试验电缆头与开关柜放电,避免了设备损坏,保证试验正常进行。

1.一种电缆耐压试验防护装置,其特征是:由绝缘材料制成的壳体(1)的四周及上端密封,下端设有开口,在壳体(1)内部形成一个底部开放的隔离腔(3),所述的壳体(1)下端开口的外部设有绝缘外罩(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电缆耐压试验防护装置,其特征是:所述的壳体(1)为长方体状,底面呈长方形。
