技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种利用石英管加热器的瞬间热水加热器，主要用于坐便器的冲洗水的加热，或各种场合快速加热水。
背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高，具有自动冲洗功能的坐便器越来越得到广泛地应用。现有坐便器的冲洗喷头直接喷出自来水，存在的缺点是自来水的水温有时很低，喷在身体上感觉不舒服；而采用普通热水器提供热水，不仅占用较大的空间，增加费用，而且加温速度慢，不使用时也要保持一定温度，浪费能源。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种利用石英管加热器的瞬间热水加热器，以解决现有技术存在的水温有时很低，喷在身体上感觉不舒服；而采用普通热水器提供热水，不仅占用较大的空间，增加费用，而且加温速度慢，不使用时也要保持一定温度，浪费能源的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种利用石英管加热器的瞬间热水加热器，其特征在于，包括外壳、玻璃管加热器和螺旋杆，在管状的外壳的两端分别设有入水口和出水口；玻璃管加热器设在外壳内，在该玻璃管加热器的外周面复合有电热膜，至少在电热膜的两端设有接线端子并用导线分别引出外壳，在该玻璃管加热器的两端与外壳的两端之间只有密封垫；在该玻璃管加热器内装有螺旋杆。
在所述的外壳的两端内分别装有入水口温度传感器和出水口温度传感器。
在所述的电热膜的两端和中间分别设有三个接线端子并分别用导线引出外壳。
本实用新型的优点是：在不配备热水箱的情况下，使水温瞬间达到所要求温度条件，加热速度快，即时加热，使用后即断电，节约电能、空间和投资成本。

具体实施方式
参见图1～图3，本实用新型一种利用石英管加热器的瞬间热水加热器，其特征在于，包括外壳1、玻璃管加热器2和螺旋杆3，在管状的外壳1的两端分别设有入水口4和出水口7。玻璃管加热器2安装在外壳1内，在该玻璃管加热器2的外周面复合有电热膜，至少在电热膜的两端设有第一接线端子10、第二接线端子11，并用导线分别引出外壳1。在该玻璃管加热器2的两端与外壳1的两端之间只有密封垫8。
在该玻璃管加热器2内装有螺旋杆3，目的是在螺旋杆3外面与玻璃管加热器2的内侧形成螺旋形的水通道，延长水流的距离，并使水流靠近玻璃管加热器2流动，提高加热速度。
可以在玻璃管加热器2与外壳1之间留有间隙或隔热材料，外壳1可采用金属制成。
在所述的外壳的两端内分别装有入水口温度传感器5和出水口温度传感器6，用于控制水温。
还可在所述的玻璃管加热器2的电热膜的中间设一个共用接线端子9并用导线引出外壳，这样可以将玻璃管加热器2的电热膜分为两段2a和2b，串联或并联均可，并可以分别控制温度。
玻璃管加热器2上的电热膜及接线端子均属于现有技术。
    本实用新型在使用时，串联在坐便器的冲洗喷头的进水端。当需要冲洗时，冲洗器的控制器接收到运作信号，打开入水口4的阀门，并由入水口4开始供水。此时，入水口4的入水温度传感器5与出水口温度传感器6将感知的入水温度与出水温度反馈到控制器，并由控制器根据所反馈的入水温度与出水温度，以PWM方式增加或减少供应至第一接线端子10与第二接线端子11的电量，从而使供应到冲洗喷头的出水温度达到控制器所设定的需要温度。

1.一种利用石英管加热器的瞬间热水加热器，其特征在于，包括外壳、玻璃管加热器和螺旋杆，在管状的外壳的两端分别设有入水口和出水口；玻璃管加热器设在外壳内，在该玻璃管加热器的外周面复合有电热膜，至少在电热膜的两端设有接线端子并用导线分别引出外壳，在该玻璃管加热器的两端与外壳的两端之间只有密封垫；在该玻璃管加热器内装有螺旋杆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用石英管加热器的瞬间热水加热器，其特征在于，在所述的外壳的两端内分别装有入水口温度传感器和出水口温度传感器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的利用石英管加热器的瞬间热水加热器，其特征在于，在所述的电热膜的两端和中间分别设有三个接线端子并分别用导线引出外壳。
