本实用新型涉及油田测井仪器领域,具体是测井电缆与旁通之间的一种连接装置,是测井电缆与旁通连接的一种新型的机构。
背景技术
目前,普遍应用于水平井测井对接工具中的旁通,一般不能做成可解锁式的,结构上是压板型的,通常使用特制的铜瓦、铜瓦螺钉、旁通压盖、压盖螺钉来固定电缆后装在旁通主体上,再与钻具连接,连接后的抗拉强度与测井电缆相同,没有办法做成较为理想的拉脱力。
发明内容
本实用新型为了克服油田在水平井测井工具中的电缆与旁通连接方面存在的不足,提供了一种可以做成理想拉脱力的旁通可解锁机构,使用这种旁通可解锁机构,在应用水平井对接工具的测井作业中,一旦在井下发生钻具遇卡而不能正常解卡时,用力拉测井电缆,就能够实现在解锁旁通处拉脱,从而把电缆全部从钻具水眼中提出,达到保护电缆的目的。
本实用新型为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:测井电缆穿过对开卡瓦内孔,用连接螺钉把对开卡瓦连接,拧紧连接螺钉,固定电缆,然后把对开卡瓦连同测井电缆一起放入旁通主体侧槽中,依次拧紧弱点螺钉,通过弱点螺钉的剪切直径,可以设定旁通解锁的拉脱力大小,从而实现测井电缆与旁通主体有弱点的连接,实现可解锁。
本实用新型的有益效果是:实现了测井电缆与旁通的可解锁连接,安装、拆卸方便,操作简单。

在图2,图3中,半圆形的对开卡瓦2和对开卡瓦3的外圆柱面上分别钻有对开卡瓦侧孔6和对开卡瓦螺纹孔7,连接螺钉5穿过对开卡瓦侧孔6与对开卡瓦螺纹孔7连接,连接在一起的对开卡瓦2和对开卡瓦3放在主体侧槽8中,弱点螺钉11穿过主体侧孔9拧入对开卡瓦盲孔10中,目的是把对开卡瓦2和对开卡瓦3轴向和径向定位。

1.一种旁通可解锁机构,测井电缆穿过对开卡瓦内孔,用连接螺钉把对开卡瓦连接,拧紧连接螺钉,固定电缆,其特征是:把对开卡瓦连同测井电缆一起放入旁通主体侧槽中,依次拧紧弱点螺钉,通过弱点螺钉的剪切直径,设定旁通解锁的拉脱力大小。
