本实用新型涉及一种内外组合的墙体保温系统,包括外墙外保温系统和内墙内保温系统,所述外墙外保温系统从墙面基层外部由内至外依次为水泥砂浆找平层、保温层、柔性腻子层和隔热涂料层;所述内墙内保温系统从墙面基层内部由内至外依次为脱硫石膏底层粉刷砂浆、脱硫石膏无机轻集料砂浆、脱硫石膏面层粉刷砂浆和内饰面层。本实用新型采用内外组合的墙体保温系统,大大增强了墙体的保温效果,完全能达到建筑物保温节能的目的。

本实用新型涉及一种内外组合的墙体保温系统,属于新型建筑材料技术领域。
背景技术
目前,在外墙保温系统中有胶粉聚苯颗粒保温系统、聚苯乙烯板保温系统、聚氨酯泡沫保温系统和岩棉保温系统等。在这些保温系统中,存在着这样或那样的问题,例如:防火性能差、施工复杂、工期长、造价高、容易脱落或者达不到保温节能的要求等等。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种内外组合的墙体保温系统,适用于夏热冬冷及寒冷地区的墙体保温,使建筑物达到保温节能的目的。
本实用新型的上述目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种内外组合的墙体保温系统,包括外墙外保温系统和内墙内保温系统,所述外墙外保温系统从墙面基层外部由内至外依次为水泥砂浆找平层、保温层、柔性腻子层和隔热涂料层;所述内墙内保温系统从墙面基层内部由内至外依次为脱硫石膏底层粉刷砂浆、脱硫石膏无机轻集料砂浆、脱硫石膏面层粉刷砂浆和内饰面层。
所述的保温层为无机保温砂浆系统或保温腻子,当保温腻子的厚度大于5mm时,保温层中应设置耐碱网格布。
所述的脱硫石膏是燃煤电厂烟气脱硫后所产生的废渣经过煅烧而成的β型半水石膏,要求其中的β-CaSO4 ·1/2H2O≥85%,并磨细至0.045mm方孔筛筛余量≤10%。
所述的内饰面层由室内腻子和内墙涂料组成。
本实用新型具有以下的有益效果:采用外墙外保温系统以及内墙内保温系统的内外组合的墙体保温系统,大大增强了墙体的保温效果,完全能达到建筑物保温节能的目的。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种内外组合的墙体保温系统,其特征在于,所述的保温层(7)为无机保温砂浆系统或保温腻子,当保温腻子的厚度大于5mm时,保温层(7)中应设置耐碱网格布。
