    本实用新型涉及除尘器领域，具体是一种除尘器的卸灰机构。
背景技术
除尘器广泛应用于工业生产中，是把粉尘从烟气中分离出来的设备叫除尘器的卸灰机构或除尘设备。除尘器在长期的工作过程中，其罐体内部会积聚大量的灰尘，需要及时排出，现有除尘器底部的出尘口安装有卸灰阀，每次进行卸灰作业时需要通过人工打开卸灰阀进行卸灰。
在实际工作过程中，由于卸灰阀安装在出尘口内部，卸灰时灰尘易堵塞住出卸灰阀，需要定期进行清理，增加了工人的劳动强度。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种除尘器的卸灰机构，将原有安装在罐体底部出尘口内的卸灰阀改成相铰接的二个半圆形挡板，来方便卸灰作业，并避免安装卸灰阀时易发生堵塞的现象。

本实用新型中，左、右半圆形挡板4、5背面的内侧分别固定安装有相配合的挡块10。
