Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种汽车天窗导水管总成，其特征在于，在天窗导水管体的一侧均布设有多个卡口，堵头设在天窗导水管体的一端，在所述堵头上设有线缝。通过以上设置，本实用新型降低了噪音，而且气味小绿色环保。末端的堵头由开放的圆口改成宽度为1mm的线缝，这样就能改善产品的雨水导流效果。本实用新型低温状况下，汽车行驶能降低噪音，而且能保证好的雨水导流效果。

本实用新型涉及一种新型汽车天窗导水管总成，确切的说一种应用管体新材料和堵头新结构的汽车天窗导水管总成。
技术背景
目前的汽车天窗导水管其管体材料为PVC，该材料气味大生产时对身体有危害。在装车使用时由于PVC密度大，低温环境管体硬，容易与钣金碰撞产生较大的噪音。末端的堵头为开放的圆口，汽车在高速行驶过程中，易受风力影响雨水导流效果，降低导水功能。
发明内容
为克服目前常用天窗导水管雨水导流效果差，噪音大，材料不绿色环保的状况，本实用新型提供一种新型的汽车天窗导水管总成，
本实用新型解决问题采用的技术方案是：在天窗导水管体的一侧均布设有多个卡口，堵头设在天窗导水管体的一端，在所述堵头上设有线缝。
通过以上设置，本实用新型采用绿色环保、密度小、气味小、比重小、使用温度范围广的热塑性弹性体TPO材料来替代常用PVC材料，这样降低了噪音，而且气味小绿色环保。末端的堵头由开放的圆口改成宽度为1mm的线缝，这样就能改善产品的雨水导流效果。本实用新型低温状况下，汽车行驶能降低噪音，而且能保证好的雨水导流效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型在天窗导水管体1的一侧均布设有多个卡口2，堵头3设在天窗导水管体1的一端，在所述堵头3上设有线缝4。通过以上设置，本实用新型通过卡口2连接天窗导水管体1，并装配到汽车的钣金上，天窗导水管体1与堵头3配合好，装配于汽车钣金上。
