本实用新型属于包装材料,特别涉及一种双面电晕BOPP镀铝基膜。
背景技术
镀铝薄膜和铝箔相比,大大减少了铝的用量,节省了能源和材料,成本低;同时具有优良的耐折性和良好韧性;对印刷、复合等后加工具有良好的适应性;目前成为一种性能优良、经济美观的新型复合薄膜,在许多方面已经取代了铝箔复合材料。目前生产该产品主要的技术难题是:1、普通BOPP电晕处理后电晕值只有37达因,影响镀铝牢度;2、双面电晕易粘连;3、由于镀铝太薄,铝层转移;4、为防止铝层转移,必须加大防粘剂用量,至使产品雾度和光泽度下降,影响美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术不足,提供一种保证提高镀铝面电晕处理值,防止产品粘连和镀铝后铝层转移,保证雾度和光泽度的双面电晕BOPP镀铝基膜。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种双面电晕BOPP镀铝基膜,包括芯层,其特征在于在芯层的上面复合一层电晕层,在芯层的下面复合一层镀铝电晕层。

实施例,参照附图,一种双面电晕BOPP镀铝基膜,包括芯层2,其特征在于在芯层2的上面复合一层电晕层1,在芯层2的下面复合一层镀铝电晕层3。芯层2为聚丙烯厚度为10~50μm;电晕层1厚度为3μm;镀铝电晕层3厚度为2μm。技术关键是:精选原料,选用机械性能高,加工性能好的原材料,这种原料不含开口剂,电晕衰减慢,力学性能优异,光泽度高;为提高镀铝面电晕处理值,在电晕处理面添加5-10%三元共聚物,同时大幅提高电极投入功率;为防止产品粘连和镀铝后铝层转移,在两个表面层加大防粘剂,计量:镀铝面14-16%,非镀面9-10%;为改善镀铝膜光泽度,选用玻璃珠类防粘剂,使产品更加美观。
