技术领域
本实用新型属于包装材料,特别涉及一种可直接进行印刷的BOPP镀铝基膜。
背景技术
目前,BOPP包装材料品种较多,芯层都选用均聚聚丙烯,上下表面材料种类繁多。现有的镀铝膜还存在一些缺陷:如镀铝后镀铝面有机性减弱,不能在镀铝层上印刷或者涂胶;对下游用户的复合、印刷、涂胶等后续加工带来不便,必须进行电晕处理,大大的增加了用户成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术不足,提供一种使下游用户不用进行电晕处理,成本低的可直接进行印刷的BOPP镀铝基膜。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种可直接进行印刷的BOPP镀铝基膜,包括聚丙烯层,其特征在于在聚丙烯层的上面复合聚丙烯电晕层,在其下面复合镀铝层。
本实用新型的有益效果,该实用新型能在镀铝层上直接印刷或涂胶;对下游用户的复合、印刷、涂胶等后续加工带来方便;不用电晕处理,大大减少了用户的成本。

实施例,参照附图,一种可直接进行印刷的BOPP镀铝基膜,包括聚丙烯层2,其特征在于在聚丙烯层2的上面复合聚丙烯电晕层1,在其下面复合镀铝层3。聚丙烯电晕层1的厚度为0.5~1.5μm;聚丙烯层2的厚度为10~60μm;镀铝层3的厚度为0.5~1.5μm。
