本实用新型涉及一种背打灯箱布，尤其涉及一种广告灯箱布领域的背打灯箱布。
背景技术
随着社会的不断进步和商品的日益丰富，广告业发展迅速，对广告媒体也提出了更高的要求。
传统的背打灯箱布是PVC 面膜和底膜进行涂胶后与中间网格布进行热压而成。由于中间网格布与 PVC 面膜 / 底膜的相溶性不好等原因，导致喷绘布强度 ( 撕裂强度和剥离强度 ) 差，容易破损，使用寿命短，阻燃性能低。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型旨在发明一种平整度好、喷绘效果更佳且具有阻燃效果的背打灯箱布。
一种背打灯箱布包括面层PVC膜和底层PVC膜，面层PVC膜下侧复合有底层PVC膜，面层PVC膜上侧涂覆有第一吸墨涂层，第一吸墨涂层上侧涂覆有第一阻燃涂料层，底层PVC膜下侧涂覆有第二吸墨涂层，第二吸墨涂层下侧涂覆有第二阻燃涂料层。
优选地，所述的面层PVC膜和底层PVC膜通过热熔粘合。
优选地，所述的第一阻燃涂料层厚度为0.2-0.25mm。
优选地，所述的第二阻燃涂料层厚度为0.2-0.25mm。
优选地，所述的面层PVC膜和底层PVC膜设有聚乙烯涂料层。
优选地，所述的聚氯乙烯涂层厚度为0.3-0.35mm。

如图1所示，一种背打灯箱布包括面层PVC膜4和底层PVC膜2，面层PVC膜4下侧复合有底层PVC膜2，面层PVC膜4上侧涂覆有第一吸墨涂层5，第一吸墨涂层5上侧涂覆有第一阻燃涂料层，底层PVC膜2下侧涂覆有第二吸墨涂层4，第二吸墨涂层4下侧涂覆有第二阻燃涂料层,面层PVC膜4和底层PVC膜2通过热熔粘合,第一阻燃涂料层厚度为0.2-0.25mm,第二阻燃涂料层厚度为0.2-0.25mm,面层PVC膜4和底层PVC膜2设有聚乙烯涂料层1,聚氯乙烯涂层厚度为0.3-0.35mm。

1.一种背打灯箱布，其特征在于：包括面层PVC膜和底层PVC膜，面层PVC膜下侧复合有底层PVC膜，面层PVC膜上侧涂覆有第一吸墨涂层，第一吸墨涂层上侧涂覆有第一阻燃涂料层，底层PVC膜下侧涂覆有第二吸墨涂层，第二吸墨涂层下侧涂覆有第二阻燃涂料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背打灯箱布，其特征在于：所述的面层PVC膜和底层PVC膜通过热熔粘合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的背打灯箱布，其特征在于：所述的第一阻燃涂料层厚度为0.2-0.25mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的背打灯箱布，其特征在于：所述的第二阻燃涂料层厚度为0.2-0.25mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的背打灯箱布，其特征在于：所述的面层PVC膜和底层PVC膜设有聚乙烯涂料层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的背打灯箱布，其特征在于：所述的聚氯乙烯涂层厚度为0.3-0.35mm。
