    本实用新型涉及一种灯箱布，尤其涉及一种经表面涂层处理的灯箱布。
背景技术
现如今，大多数喷绘布是由PVC 面、网格布和PVC 底层组成，工艺是透过中间层网格布的中孔，由PVC 面、PVC 底点状黏合而成，产品平整度及光亮都较差且不具有助燃效果。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型旨在发明一种产品平整、光亮且具有阻燃效果的灯箱布。
一种灯箱布包括面层PVC膜、中层PVC膜、网格基布和底层PVC膜，面层PVC膜、中层PVC膜、网格基布和底层PVC膜顺次贴合。
优选地，所述的面层PVC膜、中层PVC膜、网格基布和底层PVC膜通过热熔顺次贴合。
优选地，所述的面层PVC膜上侧涂覆有第一阻燃层。
优选地，所述的第一阻燃层厚度为0.5-1mm。
优选地，所述的底层PVC膜下侧涂覆有第二阻燃层。
优选地，所述的第二阻燃层厚度为0.5-1mm。

如图1所示，一种灯箱布包括涂层1、面层2、中层网格布3和底层4，面层2、中层网格布3和底层4顺次贴合，中层为不透光PVC膜，面层2的上侧涂覆有涂层1，面层2、中层网格布3和底层4通过热熔顺次贴合，涂层1上侧涂覆有第一阻燃层，第一阻燃层厚度为0.5-1mm，底层4下侧涂覆有第二阻燃层，第二阻燃层厚度为0.5-1mm，底层4为PVC底膜。

3.根据权利要求1所述灯箱布，其特征在于：所述的涂层上侧涂覆有第一阻燃层。
4.根据权利要求3所述灯箱布，其特征在于：所述的第一阻燃层厚度为0.5-1mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述灯箱布，其特征在于：所述的底层下侧涂覆有第二阻燃层。
