背景技术
现有的大功率LED主要为传统表贴式大功率LED,其缺点是:外形体积大,不耐高温,发光角度小,散热方式为:垂直散热,该方式散热慢、衰减快、在LED照明应用中所占空间大、利用率低。工作时,由于散热慢,热量散发不出来,对内部芯片损害较大,导致寿命低,在实际应用中造成照明产品寿命低,照明产品合格率不达标。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种贴片式大功率LED,采用5050贴片LED外观,散热方式包括:垂直散热和水平散热。在性能参数一样的条件下,比传统大功率LED的体积小巧,热量散发快,寿命长。
本实用新型的上述目的是通过这样的技术方案来实现的:一种贴片式大功率LED,封装胶体内部设有金属支架,大功率芯片通过正极支架脚、负极支架脚与金属支架连接,所述封装胶体为5050贴片LED封装胶体。
所述封装胶体1为压铸法封装结构。
该LED表面设有透镜。
本实用新型一种贴片式大功率LED,封装胶体采用的是压铸法封装结构,耐高温,延长使用寿命。采用5050贴片LED外观,在性能参数一样的条件下,体积小巧,衰减慢,亮度高,发射角度大。散热方式包括:垂直散热和水平散热两种方式,散热快,对产品内部芯片损害小,寿命长。此外,压铸成型后的贴片式大功率LED表面加一透镜,增加LED发射角度,提高了LED亮度。

如图1所示,一种贴片式大功率LED,封装胶体1内部设有金属支架2,大功率芯片5通过正极支架脚3、负极支架脚4与金属支架2连接。所述封装胶体1为5050贴片LED封装胶体。所述封装胶体1为压铸法封装结构。所述贴片式大功率LED的散热方式包括:垂直散热和水平散热两种方式。所述贴片式大功率LED的功率为1W。
压铸成型后的贴片式大功率LED表面加一透镜,增加LED发射角度,提高了LED亮度。
