本实用新型涉及一种真空采血管生产设备，更具体地涉及一种真空采血管药水烘干装置。
背景技术
真空采血管生产流程中，需要对真空采血管喷洒药水，然后把药水烘干，传统的药水烘干装置为在烤箱内烘干，不仅受热不均匀，烘干时间长，而且需要人工将真空采血管放入并移出烤箱。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种全自动的真空采血管药水烘干装置，不仅缩短了烘干时间，而且烘干效果更好，更加均匀。
为实现本实用新型的目的，拟采用以下技术方案：
真空采血管药水烘干装置，包括机架和烘干装置，其特征在于，所述烘干装置通过支架与机架相连，烘干装置包括热风产生装置和若干分支细管，分支细管上端与热风产生装置底部相连，所述热风产生装置吸入空气并加热，通过分支细管吹入真空采血管内；所述机架上方设有输送装置，用来输送并定位试管工位架。
作为优选，所述分支细管可上下移动。
当输送装置将装有真空采血管的试管工位架输送到分支细管下方时，输送装置定位试管工位架，热风产生装置吸入空气并加热，分支细管伸入真空采血管内，将热风吹入真空采血管内，同时分支细管上下移动。本实用新型可以深入真空采血管内对药水进行烘干，使烘干更加均匀，烘干效果更好，而且本实用新型自动化程度高，节约了人工成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例来进一步说明本实用新型的技术方案。
结合图1，本实施例提出的一种真空采血管药水烘干装置，包括机架1、热风产生装置3和10个分支细管4，热风产生装置3通过支架2与机架1连接，分支细管4安装在热风产生装置3下端，热风产生装置3吸入空气并加热，通过分支细管4将热风吹入经药水喷洒过的真空采血管5内。机架1上方设有输送装置7，用来输送和定位试管工位架6，试管工位架6为10×10规格，当试管工位架6移动到分支细管4正下方时，试管工位架6定位，分支细管4伸入真空采血管5内对药水进行烘干，并且上下移动，使真空采血管5烘干均匀，还大大缩短了烘干时间，每分钟可以烘干超过100支的真空采血管5，提高生产效率。
而且，分支细管4的高度可调，可以通过机架1上的操作屏对相应参数进行设置，实现长短两种真空采血管5生产模式的切换，无需手动调整。
本实用新型可以伸入真空采血管5内对药水进行烘干，不仅缩短了烘干时间，而且使烘干更加均匀，烘干效果更好。

1.真空采血管药水烘干装置，包括机架和烘干装置，其特征在于，所述烘干装置通过支架与机架相连，烘干装置包括热风产生装置和若干分支细管，分支细管上端与热风产生装置底部相连，所述热风产生装置吸入空气并加热，通过分支细管吹入真空采血管内；
所述机架上方设有输送装置，用来输送并定位试管工位架。
