本实用新型公开一种LED灯罩,包括灯罩主体,所述灯罩主体的表面覆盖设置有一光扩散薄膜层。具体的,所述灯罩主体可为透明玻璃灯罩主体,所述光扩散薄膜层覆盖设置在所述灯罩主体的外表面。本实用新型克服了现有技术的不足,能较好避免灯罩碎裂而导致LED电路直接外露容易造成触电及火灾的安全隐患。在灯罩主体破裂时,由于加设的光扩散薄膜层能有效的防止灯罩主体进一步破碎,牵制灯罩主体维持原有形状而不会导致LED电路直接外露,故能较好的消除触电及火灾等安全隐患。

本实用新型涉及照明装置零部件的技术领域,尤其涉及一种LED灯罩。
背景技术
现在LED日光灯和球泡灯的灯罩主要有:PC(Poly Carbonate)材质,玻璃材质,PMMA(polymethyl methacrylate)材质制作而成,其工艺是通过挤出、注塑或注拉吹的工艺来实现。现有的LED灯罩的主要缺点是生产效率低,成本高,尤其是灯罩碎裂后会导致LED电路直接外露容易造成触电及火灾,存在安全隐患。
因此,本领域技术人员致力于开发一种LED灯罩,能较好避免灯罩碎裂而导致LED电路直接外露容易造成触电及火灾的安全隐患。

本实用新型的目的,就是提出一种能较好避免灯罩碎裂而导致LED电路直接外露容易造成触电及火灾的安全隐患的LED灯罩。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种LED灯罩,包括灯罩主体,所述灯罩主体的表面覆盖设置有一光扩散薄膜层。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述灯罩主体为透明玻璃灯罩主体。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述光扩散薄膜层覆盖设置在所述灯罩主体的外表面。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述光扩散薄膜层覆盖设置在所述灯罩主体的内表面。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述光扩散薄膜层同时覆盖设置在所述灯罩主体的内表面和外表面。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:
1、克服了现有技术的不足,能较好避免灯罩碎裂而导致LED电路直接外露容易造成触电及火灾的安全隐患。在灯罩主体破裂时,由于加设的光扩散薄膜层能有效的防止灯罩主体进一步破碎,牵制灯罩主体维持原有形状而不会导致LED电路直接外露,故能较好的消除触电及火灾等安全隐患。
2、具有光线柔和及出光效率高的特点,能达到88%以上的全光线透过率的优点。
3、量产化明显,生产加工简单易行。光扩散薄膜层可以通过加热,产生热变形而包裹覆盖在灯罩主体上。
4、采用透明玻璃灯罩主体,由于玻璃的导热能力远高于PC塑胶,能更好的散热,延长LED的寿命。

作为本实施例的进一步具体实施方式,灯罩主体1为透明玻璃灯罩主体,光扩散薄膜层2覆盖设置在灯罩主体1的外表面。
当然了,在其他实施例中,灯罩主体1可以采用PC或PMMA等其他材质进行制作;光扩散薄膜层2也可以覆盖在所述灯罩主体的内表面,或同时覆盖在其内表面和外表面,光扩散薄膜层可以是光扩散PC/PET薄膜等外购件。
示例性的,本实施例的LED灯罩的制作流程如下:
第一步:取一个尺寸及形状合适的光扩散薄膜层和透明玻璃灯罩主体。
第二步:把光扩散薄膜层放置在玻璃灯罩的外表面上。
第三步:把做好上面两步的透明玻璃灯罩主体放置在加热装置中加热,当温度加热到90℃约1分钟时取出自然冷却,光扩散薄膜层产生热变形而包裹在透明玻璃灯罩主体上形成的光扩散灯罩,产品生产完成。
