本实用新型涉及一种通仪表盘。
现在所使用的仪表指针一般均是针尖形状,当指针不是完全对准仪表盘最小刻度时,读数只能根据人的肉眼估计。因此直接影响读数的精确性。
本实用新型的目的在于设计一种指针带有游标刻度的仪表盘,以便准确地读出仪表最小刻度以内的数值,从而提高仪表的精确度。
本实用新型是将一般仪表指针的针尖部份改成对称园弧薄板形状来实现的。在园弧部份刻有游标刻度。当仪表工作时,其读数方法与通用游标卡尺读数方法相同。指针“0”位读出表盘最小刻度值,游标部份读出表盘最小刻度以内的值,在实际运用时,可根据需要将游标设计成不同的精度等级。
本实用新型的优点在于,在几乎不增加成本的情况下,提高仪表的精确度,同时,该实用新型具有广泛的通用性。
