本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种散热型变速箱轴承座,可有效帮助轴承散热。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种散热型变速箱轴承座,包括由铸型尼龙制成的座体,座体上开有轴承安装孔,安装孔内设有橡胶衬套;座体上固设有散热鳍片。
在工作过程,轴承与轴承座之间也会有摩擦产热,为了进行有效散热,因而在座体上固设一组散热鳍片,增大散热面积;
铸型尼龙是尼龙材料,又称为单体浇铸尼龙或MC尼龙,具有可靠的机械强度,钢材相比,铸型尼龙重量轻;由铸型尼龙制作座体,在保证强度的同时,能在一定程度上减少整个变速箱装置的重量,便于运输。
