背景技术
本实用新型做出以前，隔膜泵运行中故障率最高的单向阀阀橡胶磨损故障判断主要靠维修人员拆检单向阀阀壳后依靠经验来检查判断，这种检测方法既浪费时间，同时又因为人为主观因素多，使得到的隔膜泵设备故障信息不准确，影响了隔膜泵乃至管道的正常安全运行。 
发明内容
为了解决隔膜泵单向阀阀橡胶磨损故障的准确判断报警问题，改善现有的隔膜泵单向阀阀橡胶磨损故障检测报警方法，提高检测科学性，保证管道系统的正常安全运行，本实用新型提供一种隔膜泵单向阀阀橡胶磨损故障报警装置，该隔膜泵单向阀阀橡胶磨损故障报警装置结构简单，安装方便，报警信息准确可靠。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：它是在隔膜泵阀壳内的单向阀的阀橡胶内安装磨损探测传感器及导入数据线，在隔膜泵阀壳上安装接收数据线，并与处理器相连接，其中，处理器连接着报警器，当单向阀阀橡胶发生磨损过度故障时，磨损探测传感器通过数据线将信号传递给处理器，处理器根据接收到的信号情况分析得到故障状况，然后反馈给报警器，达到故障自动报警目的。 
本实用新型的有益效果是，可以用于任意浆体管道输送工程项目的隔膜泵中，作为隔膜泵单向阀阀橡胶磨损故障报警设备使用，报警信息准确可靠，结构简单，安装方便，保证了浆体管道的正常安全运行。

在图1中，隔膜泵阀壳（1）内的单向阀（2）的阀橡胶（3）内安装磨损探测传感器（4）及导入数据线（5），在隔膜泵阀壳（1）上安装接收数据线（6），并与处理器（7）相连接，其中，处理器连接着报警器（8）。

1.一种隔膜泵单向阀阀橡胶磨损故障报警装置，它是在隔膜泵阀壳内的单向阀的阀橡胶内安装磨损探测传感器及导入数据线，在隔膜泵阀壳上安装接收数据线，并与处理器相连接，其特征是：报警器通过相应的数据线与控制器连接。
