背景技术
摆动夹具普遍应用于制造作业中，通过夹持端的摆动来装载和卸载工件。在现有的夹具组件中，工件通过其自身物理形状与夹持端对应形状之间的匹配而被固定在位，而在实际的作业中，工件的种类繁多，工件的大小形状也会发生变化，如不采用与之相匹配的夹具组件，工件可能会相对于夹持端发生移位，导致工件的最终位置不准确，因而无法将工件正确地安装到合适位置。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种摆动压紧装置，可较好地夹持工件，防止其移位。 
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供如下技术方案: 一种摆动压紧装置，包括夹具本体、铰接在夹具本体上的传动齿轮、用于压紧工件上表面的夹爪和作为施力装置的推杆，推杆上设有齿条段，所述齿条段与传动齿轮啮合，夹爪驱动端设有的齿与传动齿轮啮合。 
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于：操作时，推动作为施力装置的推杆，推杆上的齿条带动传动齿轮，传动齿轮带动夹爪的摆动，实现工件的夹紧，可较好地夹持工件，防止其移位。 
进一步，推杆滑动连接在夹具本体上，方便施力。 
进一步，所述传动齿轮包括主动齿轮和从动齿轮，主动齿轮与推杆上的齿条段啮合，夹爪连接在从动齿轮上，以获得合适的传动比，从而控制夹爪的速度。

如图1所示，本实用新型一种摆动压紧装置，包括夹具本体1、铰接在夹具本体1上的传动齿轮、用于压紧工件上表面的夹爪2和作为施力装置的推杆3，推杆3上设有齿条段，所述传动齿轮包括主动齿轮4和从动齿轮5，主动齿轮4与推杆3上的齿条段啮合，夹爪2连接在从动齿轮5上，以获得合适的传动比，从而控制夹爪2的速度。推杆3滑动连接在夹具本体1上，方便施力。
操作时，推动作为施力装置的推杆3，推杆3上的齿条带动传动齿轮，传动齿轮带动夹爪2的摆动，实现工件的夹紧，可较好地夹持工件，防止其移位。 
对于本领域的技术人员来说，在不脱离本实用新型结构的前提下，还可以作出若干变形和改进，这些也应该视为本实用新型的保护范围，这些都不会影响本实用新型实施的效果和专利的实用性。

1.一种摆动压紧装置，包括夹具本体、铰接在夹具本体上的传动齿轮、用于压紧工件上表面的夹爪和作为施力装置的推杆，其特征在于：推杆上设有齿条段，所述齿条段与传动齿轮啮合，夹爪驱动端设有的齿与传动齿轮啮合。
2.如权利要求1所述的摆动压紧装置，其特征在于：推杆滑动连接在夹具本体上。
3.如权利要求1所述的摆动压紧装置，其特征在于：所述传动齿轮包括主动齿轮和从动齿轮，主动齿轮与推杆上的齿条段啮合，夹爪连接在从动齿轮上。
