Abstract

本实用新型为有关于一种不断电侦测装置,其主要由照明灯具搭配驱动连结模块及电力供应线连结运作,当驱动连结模块连接电力供应线时,感应其电力供应线的电压状态,同时亦能通过控制组件的有线开关或无线开关控制其一端照明灯具的发光运作,当电压状态异常时,驱动连结模块内所设的电力侦测单元则会侦测到异常电力讯号,藉此起动备用电力以驱动照明灯具的发光组件做紧急发光运作,藉此通过上述结构能在一般的供电系统中维持原有的运作方式,且同时于断电时亦能保有电力输出以维持照明灯具的运作,达到有线侦测电力而无线控制照明灯具的实用进步性。<b/>

一种不断电侦测装置
技术领域
本实用新型为提供一种不断电侦测装置,尤指一种在电压正常状态下能通过有线开关或无线开关控制照明灯具运作且又能维持原有的紧急供电动作的一种不断电侦测装置。
背景技术
紧急照明设备一般指在正常电力中断时,能持续提供照明效果的一种照明装置,藉以维持居家、工作场合及避难紧急通道的适度照明,以便于在短暂的时间内结束工作内容或遇到紧急状况时引导避难以顺利逃生。     而目前市面上所销售的紧急照明设备大多运用于一般安全门出口处与各走道转角处,此设置方式是为了当正常电力中断时,依旧能维持一定亮度的照明效果,以提供正确的避难路线。近年来,随着居家生活质量的提升,建筑物的设计除了要具备舒适外,对于安全性的考虑上更为重视。
然而,此种紧急照明设备内具备有交、直流电自动切换装置,平时以交流电源输出相当的直流电源对备用电池进行自动充电,当电量饱和时则会自动停止充电,倘若停电时,则会自动切换至备用电路,由备用电源供电以作为紧急照明之用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种不断电侦测装置,以能在一般正常供电的状态下,利用有线开关或无线开关来让操作者控制照明灯具的发光运作,同时于断电时亦能保有电力输出以维持照明灯具的运作。
为达上述的目的,本实用新型主要包括至少一驱动连结模块,其中该驱动连结模块包含有一充电单元、一与该充电单元连结运作的供电单元、一用以启动该供电单元运作的驱动单元、一控制组件及一与该驱动单元配合运作的电力侦测单元,其中该驱动连结模块讯号连结一电力供应线,且该驱动连结模块及该电力供应线之间设有一导通开关,又该驱动连结模块与一照明灯具连结运作。
藉由上述的结构组成,于驱动连结模块连接电力供应线,并同时感应电力供应线的电压状态,当电压状态正常时,代表电力供应线的电力供应正常,此时操作者得以通过有线开关或无线开关控制照明灯具的发光运作;当电压状态异常时,驱动连结模块内所设的电力侦测单元会侦测到异常电力讯号,因此于断电的同时能保有电力输出以维持照明灯具的运作,达到有线侦测电力而无线控制照明灯具的实用进步性。
本实用新型具体包括:
至少一驱动连结模块;
一充电单元,包含于该驱动连结模块内;一与该充电单元连结运作的供电单元,包含于该驱动连结模块内;
一用以启动该供电单元运作的驱动单元,包含于该驱动连结模块内; 
一控制组件,包含于该驱动连结模块内;
一与该驱动单元配合运作的电力侦测单元,包含于该驱动连结模块内。
其中该驱动连结模块讯号连结一电力供应线;
其中该驱动连结模块及该电力供应线之间设有一导通开关;
其中该驱动连结模块与一照明灯具连结运作,且该照明灯具包括至少一发光组件;
其中该驱动连结模块具有紧急供电功能以驱动该照明灯具产生运作;
其中该发光组件为卤素灯、白炽灯、荧光灯或发光二极管( Light Emitting Diode,LED)其中之一;
其中该照明灯具为球泡灯、灯管或嵌灯其中之一;
其中该控制组件为有线开关或无线开关其中之一;
其中该有线开关为机械式控制开关;
其中该无线开关为遥控器控制开关。
本实用新型的优点在于:
一、大幅降低因发生讯号漏接的机率而使照明灯具误启动,此种类似问题得以有效避免。
二、能维持原有的供电系统且同时能达到不断电系统效果。
三、亦能维持原有的电力供应线,且同时具备不断电系统的特色。
四、能同时对多个照明灯具进行无线及有线的控制运作,以于停电时针对各该照明灯具分别通知各该驱动连结模块进行运作。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示,为本实用新型较佳实施例的方块流程图,由图中可清楚看出本实用新型包括:
至少一驱动连结模块1;
 一充电单元10,包含于该驱动连结模块1内;
 一与该充电单元10连结运作的供电单元11,包含于该驱动连结模块1内;
 一用以启动该供电单元11运作的驱动单元12,包含于该驱动连结模块1内; 
 一控制组件13,包含于该驱动连结模块1内,该控制组件13为有线开关或无线开关其中之一,该有线开关为机械式控制开关,而该无线开关为遥控器控制开关;
 一与该驱动单元12配合运作的电力侦测单元14,包含于该驱动连结模块1内。
呈上所述,其中该驱动连结模块1讯号连结一电力供应线2,且该驱动连结模块1及该电力供应线2之间设有一导通开关3,又该驱动连结模块1与一照明灯具4连结运作,且该照明灯具4包括至少一发光组件41,并该发光组件41为卤素灯、白炽灯、荧光灯或发光二极管( Light Emitting Diode,LED)其中之一,而该照明灯具4为球泡灯、灯管或嵌灯其中之一。
藉由上述的结构、组成设计,兹就本实用新型的使用情形说明如下:
如附图1至附图5所示,为本实用新型较佳实施例的分块流程图及实施示意图,由图中可清楚看出,本实用新型于实施运作时导通开关3皆为导通状态,驱动连结模块1藉由电力侦测单元14侦测电力供应线2的电力讯号状态,当电力供应线2的电压正常时,则代表电力供应线2的电力供应正常,此时电力侦测单元14则不会发出任何异常讯号,因此驱动单元12则不会运作,亦不发送任何电力异常讯号,因此驱动连结模块1亦不会运作紧急供电功能,此时操作者能经由控制组件13让一端连接照明灯具4 的发光组件41(如:球泡灯、灯管或嵌灯)呈现发光运作,其中控制组件13为有线开关或无线开关,而有线开关指的是机械式控制开关、无线开关则是遥控器控制开关,再者,同时启动充电单元10,并藉由充电单元10提升且维持供电单元11内部的电力。
反之,当驱动连结模块1通过电力侦测单元14侦测到电力供应线2的电压发生异常状态或无电力供应时,由于电力供应线2无法正常供应电力,因此通过该驱动单元12启动该供电单元11,藉由该供电单元11内所储存的电力来对照明灯具4 (如:球泡灯、灯管或嵌灯)进行紧急供电以维持运作。

Claims (9)

1.一种不断电侦测装置,其特征在于包括:
至少一驱动连结模块;
一充电单元,包含于该驱动连结模块内;一与该充电单元连结运作的供电单元,包含于该驱动连结模块内;
一用以启动该供电单元运作的驱动单元,包含于该驱动连结模块内; 
一控制组件,包含于该驱动连结模块内;
一与该驱动单元配合运作的电力侦测单元,包含于该驱动连结模块内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种不断电侦测装置,其特征在于:其中该驱动连结模块讯号连结一电力供应线。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种不断电侦测装置,其特征在于:其中该驱动连结模块及该电力供应线之间设有一导通开关。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种不断电侦测装置,其特征在于:其中该具有紧急供电功能以驱动该照明灯具产生运作的驱动连结模块与一照明灯具连结,且该照明灯具包括至少一发光组件。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种不断电侦测装置,其特征在于:其中该发光组件为卤素灯、白炽灯、荧光灯或发光二极管其中之一。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种不断电侦测装置,其特征在于:其中该照明灯具为球泡灯、灯管或嵌灯其中之一。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种不断电侦测装置,其特征在于:其中该控制组件为有线开关或无线开关其中之一。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种不断电侦测装置,其特征在于:其中该有线开关为机械式控制开关。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种不断电侦测装置,其特征在于:其中该无线开关为遥控器控制开关。
