室外高压配电柜防尘过滤装置，属于电力系统高压配电柜部件。该装置在在高压配电柜一侧板壁上嵌入过滤风扇的外壳，在风扇左侧安有灰尘过滤网，灰尘过滤网通过橡胶圈固定在外壳内，灰尘过滤网上固定一个凸轮振动器，凸轮振动器和风扇电源连接到定时器。本实用新型的优点是：在设定的时间里，该装置将过滤网中的积尘在震动中反向吹出高压配电柜外，然后恢复正常过滤通风。该装置大大提高了通风过滤的质量，延长了室外高压配电柜维护间隔，保证了供电安全。

本实用新型属于电力系统高压配电柜部件。
背景技术
目前，城市的许多供电设施如高压配电柜工作在环境较差的马路边，高压配电柜内又必须保持通风以降低温度，因此，灰尘积累的速度很快。如不及时清理，对供电将造成不利影响。而高压配电柜常年带电工作，人工清理灰尘有一定的危险性。因此，使用自动清理装置定时清除高压配电柜内灰尘是非常必要的。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种能定时自动清理灰尘的高压配电柜防尘过滤装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：在高压配电柜一侧板壁上嵌入过滤风扇的外壳，在风扇左侧安有灰尘过滤网，灰尘过滤网通过橡胶圈固定在外壳内，灰尘过滤网上固定一个凸轮振动器，凸轮振动器和风扇电源连接到定时器。
本实用新型的有益效果：在设定的时间里，该装置将过滤网中的积尘在震动中反向吹出高压配电柜外，然后恢复正常过滤通风。该装置大大提高了通风过滤的质量，延长了室外高压配电柜维护间隔，保证了供电安全。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示，在高压配电柜一侧板壁1上嵌入过滤风扇的外壳2，图示板壁1左侧为室外，右侧为高压配电柜内部。在风扇3左侧安有灰尘过滤网6，灰尘过滤网6通过橡胶圈7固定在外壳2内。灰尘过滤网6采用对灰尘有吸附作用的滤材夹在双层钢丝网上制成。橡胶圈7的作用是阻隔灰尘和减震。灰尘过滤网6上固定一个凸轮振动器5，凸轮振动器5和风扇3电源连接到定时器4。
该装置在正常工作时，风扇3正向转动，将室外空气经过灰尘过滤网6吸入高压配电柜内。在设定的时间里，定时器4控制风扇3反向转动，同时启动凸轮振动器5，在灰尘过滤网6震动的同时将灰尘过滤网6中的积尘反向吹出高压配电柜外。然后定时器4控制该装置恢复正常过滤通风。

1.室外高压配电柜防尘过滤装置，在高压配电柜一侧板壁（1）上嵌入过滤风扇的外壳（2），在风扇（3）左侧安有灰尘过滤网（6），其特征在于：灰尘过滤网（6）通过橡胶圈（7）固定在外壳（2）内，灰尘过滤网（6）上固定一个凸轮振动器（5），凸轮振动器（5）和风扇（3）电源连接到定时器（4）。
