目前叠层母排没有安装PCB板的功能,系统中的PCB板一般都是单独做一个支架安装固定,需要独做固定支撑架,既占用大量空间,又浪费成本。

为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种安装PCB电路板的叠层母排。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案是:安装PCB电路板的叠层母排,包括PBC板、正电极、负电极、PET绝缘膜及绝缘支撑柱,所述正电极下层和负电极上层均设有PET绝缘膜,所述正电极和负电极之间设有PET绝缘膜,所述正电极和负电极上设有若干电孔,所述绝缘支撑柱镶嵌在所述负电极里。
作为改进,所述绝缘支撑柱上面开有螺纹孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是:开发出了叠层母排新的作用,扩宽了叠层母排的使用面,解决了系统中PCB板无处安装,单独做支撑架既占用大量空间,又浪费成本的问题,同时还节省了空间,降低了系统成本。

如图1和图2所示,安装PCB电路板的叠层母排,包括PBC板1、正电极2、负电极3、PET绝缘膜4及绝缘支撑柱5,所述正电极2下层和负电极3上层均设有PET绝缘膜4,所述正电极2和负电极3之间设有PET绝缘膜4,所述正电极2和负电极3上设有若干电孔,所述绝缘支撑柱5镶嵌在所述负电极3里,所述绝缘支撑柱5上面开有螺纹孔。将PBC板1、正电极2、负电极3、PET绝缘膜4及绝缘支撑柱5,按照图1装配好,装配好的母排经过热压成型后,PCB板就可以很方便的安装在上面

1.安装PCB电路板的叠层母排,包括PBC板、正电极、负电极、PET绝缘膜及绝缘支撑柱,其特征在于:所述正电极下层和负电极上层均设有PET绝缘膜,所述正电极和负电极之间设有PET绝缘膜,所述正电极和负电极上设有若干电孔,所述绝缘支撑柱镶嵌在所述负电极里。
