现有的施工升降机防坠安全器内部设有复合轴承,复合轴承需要定期加润滑脂,在工作时如果忘加润滑脂会造成复合轴承损坏,使齿轮轴与复合轴承之间因间隙大引起安全器异响,使用寿命变短,维修率高,因此,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案来满足需求。

本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
施工升降机防坠安全器轴承机构,包括齿轮轴、内壳、端盖、滚轴轴承a和滚轴轴承b,所述齿轮轴穿透于端盖并与内壳接触,所述齿轮轴与内壳的接触处设有滚针轴承a,所述齿轮轴与端盖的接触处设有滚针轴承b,所述滚针轴承a底端与内壳之间设有油封,所述端盖与滚针轴承b的内、外两侧接触处设有密封装置。
所述密封装置为O型密封圈。
本实用新型的优点是:滚针轴承b内、外两侧增加的O型密封圈,以保证滚针轴承内预先加好的润滑脂不泄漏,滚针轴承a处增加油封,保证此处滚针轴承内润滑脂不泄露,延长了使用寿命。

本实用新型的优点是:滚针轴承b3内、外两侧增加的O型密封圈5,以保证滚针轴承内预先加好的润滑脂不泄漏,滚针轴承a2处增加油封4,保证此处滚针轴承内润滑脂不泄露,延长了使用寿命。
