背景技术：在共工场合有很多种垃圾箱，近年来各种场合都配了带盖的垃圾箱，使用不几天盖子都被搞掉了，只有口朝天成为开放式的垃圾桶，看上去脏兮兮的，苍蝇满天飞，严重的污染了环境，为此我们发明了自动张合垃圾箱。 
实用新型内容：目的是提供一种设计合理、构思巧妙、体积小重量轻、生产制造容易、制造成本低、美观大方、箱盖可随时取下、可以自动合闭、没有脏臭味的自动张合垃圾箱，其特征在于：包括盖座孔（2）设置在垃圾箱（1）的上口外侧，盖托（3）设置在盖柱（4）的下侧，盖柱（4）接于盖梁（7）两端的转孔（6）内，箱盖（5）设置在盖梁（7）上边，把手（8）接于盖梁（7）的中间。

具体实施方式：盖座孔（2）设置在垃圾箱（1）的上口外侧，盖托（3）设置在盖柱（4）的下侧，盖柱（4）接于盖梁（7）两端的转孔（6）内，箱盖（5）设置在盖梁（7）上边，把手（8）接于盖梁（7）的中间。在使用时，可将垃圾放在箱盖（5）上，箱盖（5）受重后盖梁（7）自动转动，箱盖（5）偏移后垃圾自动落入垃圾箱（1）内。垃圾下落后，箱盖（5）没有了压力自动回位盖严垃圾桶。倒垃圾时可手持把手（8）将箱盖（5）下边的盖柱（4）从盖座孔（2）中取出，放于一边，垃圾倒后再将其放回原位。
