目前，公知的垃圾桶的盖子都是张合式的，倒垃圾时，人们需要把整个盖子都掀起来才能将垃圾放入垃圾桶内，不但盖子一张一合很不方便，而且垃圾桶内难闻的气味也会逸出，污染了环境，给人们的生活带来不便。

为了克服现有的垃圾桶盖子张合不便的问题，本实用新型提供一种滑盖式垃圾桶，该垃圾桶的盖子不但开合方便，而且可以防止垃圾桶内难闻的气味逸出，给人们的生活带来便利。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该垃圾桶设有一个筒状的外壳，外壳的上边沿铰连接着两个半圆形状的桶盖，桶盖的下表面依次铰连接着推杆、L形状的控制杆及脚踏板，两根推杆之间设有弹簧。倒垃圾时，踩下脚踏板，弹簧拉伸，桶盖向上打开，松开脚踏板后，弹簧收缩，桶盖合上。
本实用新型的有益效果是，该垃圾桶不但桶盖开合方便，而且可以防止垃圾桶内难闻的气味逸出，给人们的生活带来便利。

在图1中，该垃圾桶设有一个筒状的外壳3，外壳3的上边沿铰连接着两个半圆形状的桶盖1，桶盖1的下表面依次铰连接着推杆4、L形状的控制杆5及脚踏板6，两根推杆4之间设有弹簧2。倒垃圾时，踩下脚踏板6，弹簧2拉伸，桶盖1向上打开，松开脚踏板6后，弹簧2收缩，桶盖1合上。
