 本实用新型涉及注塑成型后注塑产品的去除毛边装置，具体涉及一种打砂治具。
背景技术
随着用户的需求，平板电脑的市场越来越大，对于平板电脑生产商的要求也越来越严格。因平板电脑表面积大，单独成型外壳无法保证外观品质和尺寸要求，一般为壳体和边框单独成型，然后再进行粘连。其边框为薄壁中空结构，模具精度很难达到要求，成型后部品均会产生毛边、结合线等外观缺陷，需要后加工打砂处理。因其为薄壁中空结构，徒手打砂，极易在外力作用下致使部品变形，影响其尺寸，生产效率低，且存在品质隐患。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足及存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种可避免打砂过程中塑件产品变形、保障产品品质的打砂治具。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种打砂治具，包括治具上盖、治具下盖及底座，治具上盖与治具下盖扣合在一起，底座上设有支撑杆，支撑杆顶端设有转盘，治具下盖固定在转盘上。
进一步地，所述治具上盖的内腔形状与需要打砂的塑件产品外表面形状对应。
进一步地，所述治具下盖的外表面形状与需要打砂的塑件产品内腔形状对应。
进一步地，所述转盘在水平面上可实现360度旋转。
本实用新型所提供的打砂治具可有效防止因打砂过程而使塑件产品产生形变的现象，保障了产品品质；治具上的转盘可实现360度的旋转，工人在对塑件产品的其中一边加工完后，轻轻旋转治具，便可对另一边进行加工，提升了生产效率，同事也降低了工人劳动强度。

如附图1所示，一种打砂治具，包括治具上盖1、治具下盖2及底座3，治具上盖1与治具下盖2扣合在一起，底座3上设有支撑杆4，支撑杆4顶端设有转盘5，治具下盖2固定在转盘5上；所述治具上盖1形状与需要打砂的塑件产品6外表面形状对应，所述治具下盖2形状与需要打砂的塑件产品6内腔形状对应，在打砂过程中，将塑件产品6扣合在治具上盖1与治具下盖2所形成的型腔内，型腔结构与塑件产品6结构相对应，可有效防止塑件产品6在打砂过程因外力作用产生变形；所述转盘5在水平面上可实现360度旋转，工人在对塑件产品的其中一边加工完后，轻轻旋转治具，便可对另一边进行加工，提升了生产效率，同事也降低了工人劳动强度。

4.根据权利要求3所述的打砂治具，其特征在于：所述转盘（5）在水平面上可实现360度旋转。
